PLEASE do not use this company. If I could give it zero stars I would. They destroyed an antique bookcase, lost 2 oil paintings, ruined a Persian rug, which suffered water damage (likely during storage) and damaged an antique chair. I'll skip describing the other smaller items. They also gave me misinformation about filing a claim with the insurer, which, fortunately, the insurer overlooked, but only because I had their info in writing. They did not respond to emails or messages without multiple attempts. Now in the process of dealing with the insurer who is denying claims despite photo evidence. Do yourself and your stuff a favor. Go elsewhere.

Rose in the MD office is a one of a kind of a lady, absolutely amazing!!..Her moving crew of "Tony and Frank" were terrific, on time, took better care of my furniture than I would of. Each time I called Rose and emailed her, she always responded in a quick fashion. She is extremely intelligent, witty, and very very polite. I will use no other moving service but Great Nation Moving.

I was blown away by the customer service offered by Great Nation Moving. Rose in the Rockville office was extremely helpful for any and all questions I had. Moving day was flawless. The movers took extreme care of all of our items and were very efficient clearing out our old apartment and placing everything exactly where we wanted in the new apartment. We will definitely be using their services for futures moves!

Great experience! First long distance move of my life. At first it seemed too good to be true, but Robert I***** reassured me with his professionalism and sincerity. I am glad I trusted him. The pricing was exactly what was quoted and everything arrived to the storage unit. Painless! I have another move coming and I'll definitely be a return customer for Robert I*****. Choosing Great Nation Moving company was an excellent decision made by me and my siblings. I worked with sales manager Meredith Gallo. Meredith was knowledgeable and answered my questions, reassuring when discussing any concerns we had about the move. The move was for my aging parents who were having some anx about moving from their home of many years to a new home and state. Meredith coordinated the details of the move between our family and the movers. No details were missed (and their were a lot), this is a testament to Great Nations exceptional customer service. And to Meridith specifically, she was exceptional. On the day of the move we worked with Mardo and his team of movers. They wear excellent! They were very professional, efficient, accommodating as well as reassuring when they wrapped very fragile items. The movers were very respectful to our family and helped make our parents move/life change from their home of more then 30 years as stress free as possible. All items were delivered to my parents new home undamaged. It was a pleasure working with everyone from Great Nation we interacted with. I highly recommend them for any type of move.

Great Nation Movers really did a great job! Meredith their sales representative was very thorough and detail oriented. They were about the same price as other moving companies in this range, but they promised the moving dates and stuck to those dates. The movers did a good job too. Will gladly recommend Great Nation to others!

Great Nation moving really came through! I waited a bit too long to hire movers for my upcoming move but I called Great Nation and spoke with Rose. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in within a time frame that worked for my schedule. Additionally, once the movers arrived they were efficient, friendly, and did a great job with packing. The movers packed everything up for me and unloaded it in a timely manner I was very pleased with my service and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Great nation provided excellent service from beginning to end. The moving team was led by Mardo. They were very professional, efficient, accommodating as well as reassuring when they wrapped very fragile items. The movers were respectful to our family and helped make my parents move/life change from there home of almost 30 years as stress free as possible. I worked closely with sales manager, Meredith Galo. Meredith is caring, attentive to details and accommodating, which is a common theme of Great Nation. My family and I will definitely share our experiences with anyone we know who may need professional movers. It was a pleasure working with everyone from Great Nation.

A few weeks ago, we had an AMAZING group of men pack and move us! They came bright and early and worked non-stop for the next 11 hours - they didn't even stop to eat lunch! The crew was fast and took GREAT care of packing our belongings. They not only put our furniture and boxes where we wanted, they unpacked us as well! I've moved many times and this is the first time I didn't need to worry or have any stress. We truly loved our moving crew so much, we have asked to have the same individuals for our next move!

No problems at all. Very professional and furniture delivered as promised. No broken furniture and nothing missing. We moved from Maryland to South Carolina. I can’t say enough about how smooth everything went. I hope to never move again, however, if I have to move again I will definitely use a great Nation.
