Salmon (and Mike) at this particular Verizon were very informative and patient with my disabled sister. They resolved a problem that other Verizon stores were not able to resolve.
Will definitely use them again. Superb customer service!

Embarrassing. Will intentionally mislead you on your bill. I was at T-mobile paying $106 per month, and I made it abundantly clear that I will not bother switching over if it exceeds my t-mobile cost by a dollar. He lied about the activation fees, cost of the phone plan, e.t.c. I received a $338 dollar bill the following week, and the actual monthly charges amounted to $160 per month according to the bill.
I switched to verizon for their first responder discount. In fact, you can see the firehouse from their store on 20 Maryland. A frickin shame that they have no respect for customers, let alone their neighbors 200 feet away at the firehouse.

I don't doubt there are people who've had great individual experiences here. But I want to make reference to something that really violated my trust and privacy. It's reference to a bad experience I had purchasing a watch from here 6 months ago. Back then, Verizon had a promotion to get a free galaxy watch. I was trying to get the Galaxy Watch6 Classic, but they ended up activating the Galaxy Watch6. The latter was part of the promotion, and they probably should've done a better job communicating that before they activated it. To make a long story short, I realized it wasn't the watch I wanted and asked them to cancel it... A few months later, I realize I've been getting charged for a watch I didn't even touch, receive, or use. I go back to the store and they tell me it was my responsibility to call Verizon and cancel it. That makes no sense to me, but whatever. If that was the policy, that was the policy. I'll give you that benefit of the doubt. But even if that were the case, I feel like I would've remembered and called to cancel. (As you can tell, I don't remember if they actually told me that or not, but at this point I trust myself more than I trust them.) I can even take ownership of not having checked my phone bill and realizing this sooner. (I was able to call Verizon and get it sorted.)
What violated my trust and privacy was how this Verizon took my phone, forged my signature, and left a positive 5-star review for themselves. Not cool and real shady. I've since then deleted that review from 6 months ago and decided to leave this one. You're welcome.

Ever since I met Will Peters store (manager) here in Rockville store. The service was so prompt and good that I only come back to this store because of him. he’s very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He does not pressure you to buy anything. He just informs you and tries to help out at the end of the day this is what I like. He’s a great asset to your company and I tell all my friends and clients about Will and this location. As a client, I could not ask for any better service and I am super super happy with Mr. Will Peters. He is awesome!!

I needed a new iPhone so went to this store for its convenient location and business hours. Will was friendly and professional. He helped me set things up and offered discount for the products I purchased. He installed the screen protector for me too. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would go back when in need of mobile and wireless services.
