Today I worked with Fabricio to analyze my account.I find he was intelligent about all of the features that Verizon offers in the area of FIOS. He was very patient, courteous,and professional during the entire encounter. I would recommend that he is promoted to train all the new people to be just like him. Thank you.

i’ve been dealing with the same issue for months, i’ve been to multiple verizon locations seeking answers but every single time i just get told to call corporate. when i call corporate they tell me there’s nothing that i can do. today i met a kind young man named Amon. he solved my issue in less than 15 minutes! when i asked if he was the manager and he said no i was shocked! he did a wonderful job and his customer service is amazing. he is the only reason i am still with verizon because i was so close to changing carriers! MAKE HIM MANAGER!!

Zero stars if I could. Currently standing in the longest line of my life. I just wanna return my shitty equipment, why does it have to be here?? Why can't I just go to a normal Verizon store where people actually work?? There is one dude who's clearly overworked and under appreciated here alone to process all these old peoples equipment returns who don't even know their own phone number. I'm dying out here. Make this place go away, never come!!!!

I went to this new store, still not set up, to return my router. Per email instructions I was to return the cord with the router. This arrogant man would not rerun my router unless I went outside to throw it in the trash. He said he didn't know where my hands had been so he couldn't touch it. He went in the back room , sat down and playing on his phone. Luckily there was a nice woman who returned my equipment. They also didn't need the return number that the email said was needed.

Zero stars. Do not transfer your service and do not fall for the deals they tell you in person as they are half truths. You will have nice surprises on your bill.Zero disclosure of additional fees from “corporate” or anything really. I had to ask a million questions to get anything out of these representatives. You’d think moving 4 lines over would be enough to warrant good customer service and honesty. NO.Will be reporting as fraud to my bank as it was!An entire day spent on the phone with support to try and resolve service and billing issues with no resolution in sight. ?

Maybe it was a bad day, but the service was terrible. Actually nonexistent. After waiting online for an interminable amount of time, I walked out.

Staff was not helpfull at all. Nobody assisted for about 10-15 mins. Till there were another 2 more people come behind me, no one wanted to assist. I went to return the old router and they didnt want to answer any of the questions I asked. Staff needs to learn more customer service practices.

11am on a Monday, lights are on but no one in the store; 20 min wait and nothing. Went to another VZ store and sent back here. This time they were back open w/o explanation. I asked to switch off my Fios service, and they shut down my internet also w/o asking, now have to spend too much time w/ phone support to get my internet back. And the manager was being condescending and snotty standing around being unhelpful. Boooo Verizon Fios customer support!

This place SUCKS, i came to this place @3 pm and it’s close for lunch break. I waited to long then i left. then i comeback the next day and only one person working. People are waiting to long to return the cable box, they should have at least a drop off box for return to avoid the long wait.

The gentleman, Daryl (I am regretfully unsure of the spelling) who tended to my order was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I was unlucky to come during a high traffic period when he was the only one there. He somehow managed to balance my needs and the needs of the other customers, demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and competence under unusual pressure.

Horrible service from Nick. Disconnected my service when I simply only wanted to return the router then stated there was nothing he could do and I would have to contact customer service for his error! Was also unapologetic and extremely nonchalant. I see other reviews similar to mine and I believe this is common practice at this location. The worst part is, the Verizon customer service is closed all weekend and I will now have to go the entire weekend without internet connection due to this issue. I will not be returning nor recommending.
