“I come to this dispensary weekly and its hand down my favorite in the DMV area. They always have good products and deals going on. When I came in today, I had ordered some edibles that were on the B1G1 for $1 special, but when I checked out the computer did not input the discount automatically. I asked for help upon realizing and was assisted immediately. Everyone was super patient and very helpful. I’ve never been overcharged before, so I’m glad this one time was no issue to resolve. Love coming here and love the vibe from the workers, always a good experience! Always my go to dispo in the DMV.”

Atm available inside if needed. If you smoke or consider yourself a stoner then this place has what you need. I saw papers, backwoods, cigars, vapes, cbd, and bongs/pipes. “My favorite place to shop and right beside home ? one thing I will say is I wish they had passion fruit guava (Hazey). I like all of the Hazey Vapes but I just want to know why they don’t have passion fruit guava ? which is the only flavor they’re missing! Which is my most favorite one So I hope they get it soon ? “Jackie at the Silver Spring location is the best! She was knowledgeable & communicative. She helped us get something at another location that they were temporarily out of stock of at our usual store. She also helped us with another issue we had. Smoke island has been consistently good but this was a more complex situation & it was easily resolved. Definitely recommend this shop!”

“I happened upon this place on a cigar run and was very glad I did. Living in takoma park I've found it's always a drive to find a good variety of cigars. American cigar has changed that! This shop is small, but has a great selection in a REAL humidor! Plus the owner said he's setting up another humidor soon and he can special order anything not in stock. Friendly service, clean shop and tons of tobacco products and pipes, bowls, bongs, grinders, etc.”

“I have a question for the owner. Why are all of the Smoke Island locations charging a 3% surcharge on all purchases using a debit card? I'm aware that there are fees when a business deals with a credit card company between roughly 1-3%. However, this is not the case with debit cards.”
