I purchased some furniture 2 months ago. It was supposed to be delivered today. I have been waiting home for the delivery but they didn't come. Turns out there was a delay and they didn't even let me know until I started calling them and asking. They were saying January is the earliest then next month, still not certain. But they offered me a very nice solution, saying that I can cancel if I want to... thank you I appreciate your generous offer ?? it will really compensate my 2 months of waiting time. I am not even talking about that I paid already...

I am facing an ongoing issue with the billing and payment process of this service. After making an initial payment, I received my first charge five days later. I was informed that if I paid the total amount within four months, no interest would be charged. However, in the second month, I personally visited the office to settle the remaining balance and complete the payment within the four-month timeframe. Unfortunately, Veronica informed me that it was not possible to make the payment at that time.
I have since tried to resolve this issue by emailing Veronica two months ago and calling several times, but I have not received any follow-up. I am extremely concerned about the possibility of incurring interest, which contradicts the original agreement.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. If the situation is not addressed, I will be forced to take legal action to protect my rights.

Awesome selection and service. They were helpful but I did not feel pressured. They even said a sale was starting a few days from now so I could get a cheaper price. Much appreciated!

First - From the moment me & my daughter walked into the store, we were met with the most patient and knowledgeable salesman name Moe! We walked around, got some feels of the living room sofas & then when we saw what we liked, he checked to see if sofa was available & the if loveseat to match was available and gave me the quote for the amount I was going to spend !
Second - I was amazed at the price, taxes & delivery charge was all within budget that i had planned to spend! cash ?
Third - My delivery service was impeccable!
These guys were able to bring pieces thru my patio door, set it up and plugged in to check if power seats worked and then cleaned up the mess off of my grass!
Value City - You have a customer for life !
Next trip is buying furniture for daughters’ first apartment! See ya soon !

The store has nice furniture for reasonable prices. I was helped by Mo and I can’t speak highly enough about him. Kind, thoughtful and professional. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. He really wanted to help me and I appreciate that.
The reason this review is a 3 is despite the nice products and helpfulness of Mo, most of the furniture wouldn’t come in for 6-8 weeks. This is simply too long to wait.

The whole couch buying and delivery experience was pretty pleasant. I take away a star because my delivery was one week late. And I had to rearrange my week for the delivery. Other than that, the sales people were professional and courteous. The delivery people were professional efficient and very pleasant. I will buy from Value City again.
