I went to this location to get a package delivered. And the man behind the counter. Was very rude, condescending and had no clue of what he was doing. I left and went to ups not too far away. I was in and out within 5 minutes and had no problem.

I have had some trouble in the past with this post office (putting me on hold for 45 min until I walked in, loosing mail, etc.) Again, I've had more trouble and have had to decrease my review. I brought a package back to the post office to return to sender and received it back on my doorstep with a note saying "must be paid to send back once it's opened." Quite an assumption as I hadn't opened the package. It's not my package. Please give it back or throw it away. It's not mine. Sorry Molly and David that this USPS store refuses to deliver your mail.
however, I stopped by a few weeks ago and was working at the kiosk when I overheard a situation with a couple of people and a postal worker, Kim. Kim is a pure angel. A particular person within a family was getting frustrated and upset over filling out a form and Kim was unbelievably patient, calm, empathetic and spent so much time trying to help the family out. She walked the customer through all the steps and when the customer got overwhelmed, Kim calmly and kindly talked the customer through everything. I know expectations are high for postal workers, but Kim amazed me. Kim, did you come from social work/counseling or heaven???? I'd trust you to carry my grandma to the pearly gates when it comes time.

I've never had an issue with getting my package delivered until this specific post office. I received a notification saying "left with individual" and I go outside not even 2 minutes after I see it to see nothing in sight. this is 4/25/24. I decide to visit the post office the following Monday (4/29/24) and I'm told that the package has been mis-delivered and that they will send a guy to get it back and deliver to my house the same day. I waited outside for HOURS and there was no usps truck in sight. I decide to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait 24 hours, still no package. I return today Wednesday 5/1/24 and they tell me the same exact thing, "that a guy will come to re direct it to your home" and guess what? still not here. How hard is it to admit that you lost a package? Why do I have to come more than once to find a package that YOUR employee decided to deliver to a wrong person? My address and where it was delivered to are two different streets AND numbers so how does that happen? I apologize if this comes off as harsh but its the truth and Its clear you guys are trying to brush me off for your own mistake. It seems this location also has a history of mis delivering packages based on some reviews. if possible i'd give 0 stars for lying to my face about it going to be sent to my house the same day I came in TWICE. Get your stuff together and do your job.

This place is very bad, all I did was ask for tape to just make sure my label was secure. They told me its a business I have to buy tape. It took me from arguing, just to use a few pieces of scott tape. The guy is arguing with me about how to use tape.
How trouble is this place. Other places have the heart to let you use some scott tape for small things like labels. The manager Oli said it's the policy, bad customer service.

Misdelivered my mail today to the wrong mail box, so I called the post office and they said they’d have the carrier come back and fix the issue. Was told to wait 2 hrs and call again. I waited, my mail never got recovered, called back, left to sit through their extremely long voicemail message about passport photos and finally transferred to their main line where I was left ringing and no one ever answered again. Why is this the type of service we’re expected to accept? Now I’m out money for the purchase and don’t even have my package.

I want to support the post office, but every time I come here, there’s one person at the window and a line that isn’t moving. Today there were four people in front of me and I waited half an hour. USPS, if you want to stop getting stomped by fedex, ups, etc., then provide some decent customer service!!!

Might I suggest having a separate area for people to browse stamps vs. At the counter it holds the line up for someone to essentially continue shopping while there are others ready to check out.Additionally, having markers available to write with instead of just ball point pens. A lot of packing material does not allow for markings with ball point pens nor does tape. Feel like it would be common sense to have markers available but apparently not.

Incompetent idiots. They never actually deliver packages to your home despite saying “we attempted to deliver”. I hate having to drive to go get them. Do your job.

I ask for REGISTER mail at the beginning. The the staff changed my request to a certified mail WITHOUT any ask or notice.
