Just called about a lost package, A supervisor picked up with a combative attitude by the name of “Lee” he wouldn’t even give me his first and last name. He was of no help and even hung up the phone.

Had an exceptionally positive experience with Zaon "Z" Quarles. He was able to locate a missing package that I sent from my business and quickly had it delivered to the proper address. After dealing with so many people on the general customer service line who didnt seem to care in the slightest, I received a call from Z. He completely changed my perspective and made this negative situation into a positive opportunity. He seemed genuine and legitimately wanted to help.If more employees for the US postal service had a positive attitude like Z and were more thorough with customer inquiries, then people would trust USPS way more with their mail/packages.

Lady there named Judy needs to be fired. I'm a physician, wife has chronic pain, waiting for medical marijuana card. Small apartment mailbox was full, Rollins told me to call this place. Judy reassured me, told me she put it on the truck HERSELF, for 3 consecutive days saying it was at Rollins despite Rollins saying it wasn't there. How does someone put the same box on a truck for 3 days straight? It is REALLY hard to break away from my oncology ward to have to resolve this. While explaining this to Judy, she hangs up on me. Please fire her or reprimand her in some way.
