I called all day yesterday to have my mail release and I guess they don’t have an employee to answer the phone, I thought tapering with mail was a legal offense…

Just called about a lost package, A supervisor picked up with a combative attitude by the name of “Lee” he wouldn’t even give me his first and last name. He was of no help and even hung up the phone.
