Very friendly people work here. My daughter brought me here to have a document notarized and the owners were kind and patient. My daughter says she passes other UPS stores and FedEx stores to come to this one because of the great customer service. I think that says a lot.

The customer service at this UPS store is phenomenal! I have come in many times for Amazon returns and shipping things overseas to family. I am always greeted by friendly employees who provide quick and efficient service. This is by far my favorite place for any shipping or mailing needs.

I recently visited the UPS store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mital P. Her customer service was exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise. She was knowledgeable about the services, efficient in handling my package, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. I left feeling confident that my shipment was in good hands. Thank you, Mital P, for providing such outstanding service!

Sid and his team were professional and polite. Everything you want in a UPS store. The store is on the smaller end but a convenient and efficient stop right off Rockville Pike.

this location seemingly is under new management, which is very unfortunate. the man working today (2/24/24) around noon blatantly lied about the mailbox fees. each time he opened his mouth he quoted different prices. he refused to provide documentation showing the mailbox fees. i have seen other recent reviews for this location indicating fraudulent activity. please reprimand this employee; he is very rude and dishonest.i canceled my mailbox service at this location today 2/24/24 , after three years doing business at this location with no prior issues.

Matt was fast and friendly, offered shipping box and copied my torn shipping label for better legibility. Also reminded me to take the batteries out of my device.

I highly recommend this UPS store! I go out of my way to deal with the associates, Mital and Matt. They're efficient, friendly, and ensure you're in and out in a jiffy. Fantastic service every time.

i was not a fan of the employee who was there today, who attempted to overcharge me to print out a single black and white page from the comluter. I had asked her specifically what the price would be $.25 which seemed reasonable to me. After all most of the other office suplly stores charge. After completing the print of 'the single black and white page' she comes back to me woth "that will be $2.39 sir". i i brought the attempted fraud to her attention and she then tells me "ok this time I will charge you $.25 but next time..." You tried to scam the wrong person!
