Sent over 2,000 dollars worth of shoes and clothes to Mexico in a box, they opened it and almost took half the stuff out the box. They are saying that’s never happened before and looking at all the reviews I see otherwise. I don’t recommend this company to no one

This is for the whole Latino community in the DMV please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent a box to my family in Mexico ,after waiting a LONG time, they did not receive even half of what I sent. Everything that I have bought and accumulated to send to my family was stolen from this company. I submitted photos to them per their request and they called back to ask for “more photos” this is inexcusable, not only did I pay for the shipping I even payed for insurance! The contents of my box most likely had over $1000 and my family received almost nothing. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau. Please DO NOT use this sad excuse for a company. Looking back at google reviews it looks like I’m not the first person this has happened to and this company needs to be held accountable.

Terrible experience with this company, I have tried time and time again to give them the benefit of the doubt. They advertise door to door service from U.S. to Honduras (as long as you are not sending to a “red zone” your box will be delivered to your loved ones home) my mother lives in Comayagua a very central location and not dangerous at all! I’ve sent a box for the past 3 years and again this past month. In each occasion we have had to search for someone with a truck and pay them to go pick up the large and heavy box at a gasoline station? How is that ok? When I called to express my concern the ladies are not helpful and seem to be bothered by the call. I have spoken SEVERAL times to Karen she does not let me speak, she continuously speaks over when I am explaining the situation, she is extremely rude and disrespectful. Today my box is being delivered to the same location I’ve sent in the past, the same address provided from the start… Yet the delivery persons are calling my elderly mother asking for her to send a picture of the address!!! Why? Why? Why, is that even happening? Calling and trying to speak with a representative is basically pointless, as they do and see no wrong with this situation. like It’s not their fault, but it is. They don’t provide the said service of door to door pickup and drop off, yet the consumer still pays for the full service- Although full service is not fulfilled.

Very good service, my box arrived as I sent it, very well sealed and super reinforced, and before the right time for Christmas gifts. The service was very fast, it left on November 30 and arrived on December 20. Super happy, it is the second time I have sent here and both times they have been fast shipments and without any problem.Thanks guys.

I sent my family in Colombia the December clothes and shoes, at times I was concerned about some bad comments that they have published, BUT IN MY CASE EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, FROM THE SERVICE AT THE LOCAL WHEN I DELIVERED IT, UNTIL IT ARRIVED AT THE DOOR OF MY WIFE'S HOUSE IN COLOMBIA. ????. They told me that the package would take three to four weeks to arrive and 6 weeks have passed and it still hasn't arrived. The worst thing is that I call to complain and they only say that you have to wait.

These people are a waste of time, irresponsible thieves offer you insurance on the box, they steal things and then they don't pay for the losses.They offer $150 off so you can send another box so they can take my things out again, no thanks, save your money, you need it more than me, what I lost costs more than $150 dollars.These people are a waste of time! irresponsible thieves, they offer you to buy insurance for your box at the end when things go missing they don't pay you back instead they offer you a $150 discount for you to send another box with them no thanks save your $150 y'all need it more than i do.What I lost cost more than $150 dollars.We will also be reporting to the BBB.
