I picked up an online order only to discover one of my items was missing when I got home. I called the store and they were able to resolve the issue by locating that my missing item was indeed in the store. The person on call let me know that the person in charge of online order pick ups is supposed to double check and relay the items ordered, which did not happen when I picked up the order. The next day, I picked up the missing item. However, I found out that they gave me an OPENED, BROKEN SAFETY SEAL product (granted I should’ve checked in-store before I left, but that in itself is also a problem because I shouldn’t HAVE to double check myself to makeup for the staff’s incompetence). Not to mention the person in charge of pickup orders was giving me subtle side eye and attitude when I came back the next day. I will say that some of the staff are friendly but she was not one of them. I found my experience very poor, lacking, and distasteful due to the individual(s) that picked out/packed my order and that were in charge of order pick ups. The rest of the staff I encountered were fine.

Maha is the best! We’ve been going to Maha for both my hair and my husband’s for years now and she does an awesome job with both my thick straight hair and his short curly hair. Absolutely recommend her!

Today was my birthday and I downloaded the and made but they still refused to give me a freebie and I was soooo disappointed that me and my family and best friend lost our time with this store I feel like I will never go to a Ulta again in my life neither is my family and friend so I hope someone from ulta sees this!!!!

This is a really great option for make-up shopping, as well as skincare and hair. They have a huge selection, plenty of tester items, great service, and clean facilities. The tester items were neatly organized and there were plenty of people around who were able to help me.
It is pretty conveniently located too, I think the Congressional Plaza has a lot of great options in general for doing some errands. Highly recommend!

I haven't cut my hair since 2021 and have been looking for someone that I can trust who doesn't try to do extra with my hair and listens to my needs. One of friends, who has also been searching for a hair stylist, recommended Maha and I am so thrilled we found her. She's personable, respectful, and very kind. She's been a delight to go to and makes sitting in the chair very fun. I've had great conversations with Maha, which makes the experience so much better, and I look forward to going back to her for another haircut.

I had a great experience at this Ulta last week. My first encounter was with Ashley however she was busy and she kindly steered me to the MAC counter where I met Gucci. Gucci was an amazing consultant to help me match the perfect summer shade to my skin. She was very pleasant, inviting, and ready to assist me. She went above and beyond, including trying other brands before we settled on the perfect MAC shade.
Then I was trying to search for a bareMinerals, matte lipstick from nearly 20 years ago in the same shade and ended back in Ashley’s care. She took the time to go through so many counters to try to find something that would work but to no avail because I was looking to match to something so old…lol. I went to check out and encountered Erika C. at the register. Very friendly smile and super helpful getting my account straightened out and ordering an out of stock product for delivery (free delivery and came super quick). Then I mentioned to her about the lipstick situation and Erika C. gave it one more try, she remembered Urban Decay having something very similar to what I was looking for. Bingo! Not an exact match but darn near close enough. And I love wearing it now!
Incredible experience at this location from multiple people on a Tuesday late afternoon. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The store is okay. They are frequently out of almost everything but the store is clean and staff do help. The beauty salon used to be so good after the stylist jolissa left years ago she recommended Maha who has been the worst since forever. She literally is rude and cancels appointments without calling the clients or anything just up and cancels . If you want reliability don’t depend on her. Otherwise this ulta isn’t horrible but it could be better in many ways.

I came in a few weeks ago and was looking at some makeup when I was approached by Allison (an easy to remember name for me!) asking if I needed help. I told her that I don't usually wear makeup but was thinking about getting something light to even out my skin occasionally. Allison explained that I was looking at more medium coverage and that was an option, as was something lighter in the same brand that also contained a daily SPF. That was a much better choice for me and within seconds she'd visually color matched me (something I was dreading figuring out), put a little on my cheek to show me what it looked like on, and made the process so simple. I've gotten to use it a few times since then and I'm very happy. She really did a wonderful job helping me find the right product for me. I always like coming to this ULTA but this was one of my better experiences.

Over the past 6 months, I've repeatedly had very poor shopping experiences at this store, till it culminated in overcharging and hostile treatment from an Asst Mgr when I needed to escalate and the experiences went from bad to worse!
I've found personnel unknowledgeable and poorly trained where I'd repeatedly be handed off from one associate to another to Asst manager for basic product guidance while they charge a premium for their products. On recent visit an Asst Mgr Keisha did not know about discount coupons available on website where customer can access at register, and rather than offer correct guidance she acted hostile and ignorant and I ended up overpaying for the facial skin cream product. I contacted store GM Victoria who was not responsive nor offer any consideration on bad experience but then refused to provide District Manager contact. Going to their Customer Service call center was a waste of time and effort where I went around in circles for several weeks. Finally three weeks later I get belated call from Rachel, District Manager who called basic consideration "compensation" and callously refused any consideration only saying "Keisha is now good."
DM Rachel was patronizing and rude then hung up on me after this deplorable experience. How this company has a District Manager who can treat their patrons so horribly after an ordeal shows the complete lack of class of this company. I'm now getting same skin care products at Target paying much less and getting much better customer support! AVOID THIS STORE! They don't have a clue how to stand by their brand, they overcharge and offer lousy customer service with poorly trained hostile personnel! TARGET and other stores offer better options!

I had a4pm appointment for the brow bar.i arrived at 4: 05 and my appointment was cancelled because I was late? I was walking in the door when I received the text, and I am very frustrated with the response I received. This same person wants me to reschedule? I don't think so! They said she called me, but I showed the manager my call history with no call.
