After trying out most of the gyms in the area, walking into Tough Temple was the best decision I made. After 4 years I’m still here. The programming is exceptional, always something new that challenges your body’s range of motion and endurance to make you move better and be functionally fit. The coaches are friendly, fun and knowledgeable. But the best part of TT is the supportive and encouraging community. Here you will find people from all walks of life, from 5 year olds to 60 to 70 year olds. From CrossFit to Barbell Club to HITT 60, there’s something for everybody and every body at TT! I am here 5 days a week and still can’t get enough of this place!!

Just moved to the area and dropped in for a spicy one! Awesome coach and a few great conversations. Loved the programming and partner and I signed up for the $99 first month right after!

Three reasons why you want Lyndsie as your CrossFit coach:
1) Lyndsie sincerely cares about her athletes and is *actively* coaching *all* of her athletes throughout the class.
2) Lyndsie will push you and call you out when you’re slacking. We could always use a healthy nudge.
3) Lyndsie’s classes are fun! She always brings an energy and the classes are better for it.

Sam Rosenblatt was coach for movement and mobility. The class was just what I needed. Great exercises that I could do on my own to warm up and keep in shape for the sports I enjoy. Sam is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to exercise and movement.

I did my 1st HYROX class and Coach Stephen was the instructor. I really enjoyed the HYROX workout style and Stephen helped me get acclimated quickly. He explained all the movements and the pattern of the class. I felt like a beginner but not for long with his input. I really enjoyed the fast pace and Stephen kept us all organized and motivated to go harder! Loved it. I’ll be back next week and I plan to make this a regular part of my fitness week going forward.

Tough Temple is a popular gym and well worth the hype. I went specifically for the animal flow class , but saw cross fit and jujitsu as well. The Animal Flow class is diverse in terms of ethnicity, age, gender, ability, and shape, which is important to me because these classes can be intimidating to a plus sized girl-- but everyone was so kind and encouraging. The training really matches the name of the gym because there are high expectations, thorough instruction, adequate time to reach the goals, and grace extended.
I also have to say, I had the biggest endorphin rush of my life after my first class. It was amazing and directly related to the caliber and quality of the class and training.
John was kind enough to work with me make sure I got into a plan that works for me as well. He is incredibly skilled and knowledgable at how to elevate people from where they are.
The only downside was finding parking before class. Other than that, I'm pumped to attend again!

I really like tough temple, I’ve done the HITT class and barbell class. Barbell is definitely hard if you’ve never done it before but so far everyone has been super helpful and kind.

Did the “Fit and Flow” workout with Mike. Really enjoyed the class! Mike was great and demonstrated each kettlebell move (and patiently explained them again during the workout). Small class size was a plus too.
