“there are no more stats, MB Automotive Service should have more than 5 stars, my history; I was dealing with an issue with my MB C300 for months dealer make me spend a ton of money replacing parts and the car back to the same issue again. in my desperation I searched for a mechanic or electrical chop, I found MB Auto Service, and I started to read the reviews, I called, Mr. AMEL resolve my issue in 2 days !!!! believe me 2 das he was above and beyond, a lot of experience, very nice person takes the time for explain me everything with details. hope this review help people who is in a frustration, dealing with their cards problem, I TRULY recommend MB Auto Service.”
“My brake lights went out unexpectedly, and I called to see if they could fix. They told me to come by and they took me in immediately—no waiting. They replaced the bulbs, check all other bulbs, and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. There was no up selling, which often happens to females. They provide professional, efficient, and courteous service. This is the best place in North Bethesda/Rockville to get your car serviced. Even if you don’t work or live in the area, you should use their service for your automotive needs. I highly recommend this place!”

“I’ve always had my oil change done at this auto shop, where I was previously charged $75. However, when I went in today, they informed me that the price for my car is $84 and that they had been charging me incorrectly. They also changed my tires but didn’t advise me to get the alignment until I was already at the payment stage and when I inquired about the alignment cost, they quoted me $130. Yet, they have a sign that says “the oil change with alignment is $129.99.” I pointed this out to them and explained that I should only be charged $55 for the alignment, not $130, since I had already gotten my oil change and even purchased the tires from them. The customer service representative then said I would be charged $60—$55 for the alignment and an additional $5 because of the oil change discount she gave me. I’m so glad I saw the sign and avoided the extra $70 they were trying to charge me.”

“Because I am still driving my 1998 S-70 Volvo, I needed to find a service provider who knew about older Volvos and could trouble shoot. Volvo specialists is pricey but (particularly if you have an older car), they do exemplary service on older vehicles and they keep me on the road.”
“I took my Honda Odyssey in for a state inspection. Unfortunately, it didn’t pass but they were able to fix it the day of the inspection and get it to pass. Military discount was greatly appreciated. Thankful for the communication and photos shared to help explain the problem. We will be back!”

“Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with good service and good prices, and no pressure towards services you don't need. When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”
