The Tile Shop staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. We made some rookie decisions and had to return and reorder tiles and the staff was ver accommodating and helpful

Not sure whats going on with the customer service here. They don’t seem to want your business - no quote sent for the order i wanted. I ended up going to Edward Martin and Floor&Decor who have excellent customer service and tile quality.

We came here as we were shopping for tiles for our new house. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience that we have ever had in tile shopping. Justin was amazing to work with. When we entered the store, Justin had already picked out the tiles that we had in mind. So it was seamless and easy to finalize our selections. They also have an amazing choice of tiles in the showroom.

I recently came to the Rockville store to work with Justin as I had worked with him in the past at another location. Unfortunately he was in another appointment and directed me to Lily, she was wonderful. Very thoughtful and seemed to be as excited for the project as myself and my clients. I will continue to recommend The Tile Shop to all of my clients for their tile needs.

I came in looking for some inspiration not knowing what I was looking for in a bathroom. But after working with Justin I not only found the entire design but he walked me through the entire list of things I never would've known I needed. He even spoke to my contractor to walk him through what everything was, where it was going and the additional materials he thought he would need. I cannot wait to see my new bathroom.

The selection is decent and the employees in the store are nice but after making my purchase the experince at the loading bay was awful. When picking up my first half of the order they took 30 minutes to pull 3 items from the back. When picking up my second half I called ahead and was told to come in an hour and they would have it ready. Upon arrival they said they don't put orders together until you arrive and then took another 30 min to put together a small order of tile and supplies.
