Waterless pedicure.. mediocre.. lady didn't scrub or take her time... got the feeling that she had better things to do. It was ok. She rushed my pedicure and got back on her phone. Total pedicure took 25 min total, start to finish Didn't offer water or snack, maybe I'm spoiled by my area spas in laurel, Md Vibe of the place is amazing tho!

Manicure pedicure time with my wife and daughter while on vacation. It is always nice to get spoiled. This place is unique because they don't soak your feet like I am used to. They spray chemicals on your feet and then start exfoliating. No beer or wine offered though like the places in Florida. Even our dog grooming has that (haha). Very nice staff and easy to get in. They are double what we pay in Florida but likely that is regional.

I'd never heard of a "waterless" pedicure before. But, that's exactly what it sounds like: something which I could've done at home. It was clear midway through that she didn't speak or understand English, because she continued doing things I specifically asked her NOT to do, and which weren't needed. She reused old, dirty tools...It was ridiculous. Then I was up-charged for svcs not received (mani), with no explanation and for no good reason. I'll NEVER go back.

All the staff were so friendly from top to bottom. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately was seen because I made an appointment. The technician working on my feet was so gentle. For me that’s important because I got sensitive nails when they get cut.I loved almost every part of the experience, but adored the foot soak. It was in a bag of some lotion of some sort. Honestly I’m not too familiar with the products. Regardless my feet went from socks in sandals to toes out from that day on. Thank you guys for that all around experience.

At first glance you believe you are getting superior service until there is something that you don't like about your nails. Geneva, the receptionist, seems afraid and unable to problem solve. The owner Sue Kang, pretends she does not speak or understand English, but she knows how to charge customers and have customers tip for their service. Jean seems nice but should not greet a customer with "you are late" when they have advised Geneva that they would be running late. Geneva did not relay the message.The staff are capable of doing a fairly decent job however their attitude towards some of their customers should get better. An upscale experience starts in the mind first not on advertisements. Treat each customer with respect since we are paying more for the "experience " at this salon.I have spent quite a lot of money at this salon for services. My family and I thought we had found a place that honors people in the community, but this is not the case.Ms. King, if a customer has a problem with a service, just correct it, don't talk about them and what you normally charge to when there is not a problem. Just hear them, respect them and fix the problem so they feel valued to come back.I will not waste my money anymore with this establishment in 2024.Geneva stop harassing me. Your text message was unprofessional and disrespectful. You definately need coaching and understand business acumen. Don't call my phone being rude about my experience. I paid over $200 for services that went wrong due to Jean not checking to see if my polish was dry before checking out of the spa. Being rude to me only hurts you. My review still stands and don't hang up on your former customers. It makes you look angry ?. Do better!

I had an allergic reaction and was told that I didn't. Then was charged to remove the eyelashes. They had the audacity to inquire how much tip I wanted to leave. I left a large tip the last time and then I had allergic reaction and no one cared. They act very nice but they don't care about anything except for you paying.Not sure how many of the people actually speak English, but they do a great job of pretending.

Terrible customer service!! Had an appointment with my daughter, and she was just diagnosed with COVID we asked to reschedule to another day and they refused and stated that we still had to come and had the audacity to charge a cancellation fee... the girl has COVID and I've been exposed... calling my bank to have the charges reversed...

Amazing experience at this nail spa salon! The atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and serene. Jean, the technician, was fantastic - quick, meticulous, and made my pedicure incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Facial products clogged my pores and the facial itself cost over $200. I don't have sensitive or bad skin. Took 2 weeks to clear the skin. Facialist was great, too bad they use those products. If you purchase any products after a facial in excitement, be weary they will not refund or credit and the products themselves run $70 and up. Massages and other menu items are meh. Stick to nails and toes.
