I felt very safe. You have the chairs set up in such a way that no one is on top of each other. The only thing I would suggest is markers on floor for people waiting to get to the counter. People can be a bad judge of 6 feet distance when standing.

I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional staff. Was hung up on three times by staff then put on hold for 35 min for another. Save yourself the headache just drive to another place

Note: this has nothing to do with the quality of service here. I have not been here. This is to do with pricing and hopefully will help save people a surprise expensive xray bill.I was directed to go here by my doctor. I looked at several places for Xrays and this place was over double the price compared to other highly rated clinics nearby. I also had to ask them several times to get the price. I don’t appreciate when places aren’t transparent about pricing.

I called Thursday 2/22 to schedule an appointment, and after waiting on hold for awhile, I very clearly heard the distinct sound of the phone being picked up and immediately hung up, ending my call without ever speaking to someone. This call was between 4-5pm, several hours before close of business.

The Radiology Clinic is the best facility in Montgomery County for MRIs. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the technicians. I highly recommend them.

Bedside manner lessons are very much needed here. I was told by one of their receptionists that we’re all going to die anyway whether they can see me or not. Then the Director of Ops stepped in (Mike) in a very failed attempt to make it right by saying I want to treat you like a human being and make this right. What in the world does that even mean? I know this organization doesn’t need my money but what they do need to know is a happy patient will tell 1 or 2. An unhappy patient will tell ten plus. But what they really need is a staff that shows some form of compassion and empathy. Awful experience and OPS director feeling so guilty he back pedaled and offered free service but I still refused. Trust factor was gone at that point in time.

My wife and I called to make an appointment for her and was given the option between Germantown or Rockville, well since Germantown is closer to us we chose Germantown but we were then informed that they had no space so we would have to go to Rockville so we said ok we don't really have a choice so the appointment was made so fastforward to the appointment date we show up on time 30 minutes before we're supposed to appointment was at 2:30pm we arrives at 2:00pm only to find out they had us scheduled in Germantown but at 3:00pm so we proceed to ask why that was and we asked if there was someone we could talk to the 2 ladies in the from proceeded to mumble under their breath and then told us they would call management one of them went to the back and we could clearly hear her laughing and giggling about the situation and our frustration then the other Spanish speaking lady refused to speak spanish i assume so she wouldn't have to deal w8th us but clearly she was. Speaking Spanish beforehand but we did end up going to Germantown and they helped us out with everything they had management contact us and hopefully we can get this issue resolved soon I'm at least glad theres people there that actually want to help their patients
