Market House had great customer service when we were buying a patio set from their online inventory. We were unable to see the set before buying, so they provided us pictures, answered questions, and made arrangements for delivery.

Not only is this estate sale company unprofessional, but their employees are officious, rude and unnecessarily overwrought. Items were unmarked, and the women running the sale were arguing with each other. One of them actually yelled at me to get out of an open room!

pricey and then they do not tell you about the 3% surcharge so you are paying almost 10% with tax for a purchase. Way over priced and undereducated staff..... I am surprised they are still operating on any level
