I loved working with Kayla Ross. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She is also incredibly personable and a great listener. While looking for my apartment she answered any and all of my questions and concerns. She provided timely and thorough communication throughout the entire process. She took everything I mentioned in passing into consideration. For example, I told her I have a dog, she provided me with local dog parks and vets, I didn’t even have to ask!

Ada Chan wrote an offer on one of my listings (I'm an agent with a competing brokerage) last month. Her offer was one of 17 we received, and it was not the highest. In fact there were two offers that were $15,000 higher than hers, and yet my seller selected her offer. Why? Because since the hour that the listing went on the market, Ada had called, texted, and emailed repeatedly to advocate for her offer. She toured the property multiple times, spending over 90 minutes there the second trip. When I presented her offer to my clients and related how diligent and professional she was, my clients decided to select her offer instead of those that were much higher because "That buyer must really want this house and that agent is clearly on top of things, so we know this deal will close."
And at 11am this morning... it did. One of the smoothest transactions I've ever been a part of.
So if you're looking for an agent to truly represent your interests... Ada won out over 16 other offers and saved her buyer more than $15k in doing so. And if that still isn't reason enough for you, just how impressive does an agent need to be for a competitor to write a glowing review?
