The Tesla reps in Rockville at Westfield Montgomery Shopping Center are clowns. I was so disrespected by this tall goofy looking employee, who he thinks is someone special. The only thing special is now I am not buying any Tesla and on Monday I am selling my Tesla stock. The arrogance of these ignorant sales reps is hilarious. They not only lost a safe, but Tesla stock is going to crash.

I've loved the customer service here as shocking as it was with my first test drive. The manager here was very attentive in our extended stay while waiting for our car. At the end of the day, there was a mixup with some paperwork and she offered to have our car delivered on Tuesday instead of getting it tat day (Saturday) but she was great. Only drawback that could've been fixed was the coffee station was sadly understocked.

I have had my fair share of bumps and hiccups throughout the whole buying and delivery process. Customer service was nil or all out lacking but John reached out to me directly. He discussed my gripes and concerns then resolved one of the issues I had very well. All in all I would not hesitate to buy another Tesla again. I love my M3P and will not look back.

If I could go lower I would, we have tried to call this dealers sales and new car delivery department multiple times but nobody ever answers even though the businesses hours clearly state open. On top of this the voice mailbox was full!! we ordered the Tesla to be delivered to Vienna and ended up having to pick up in Rockville and just needed to speak with somebody to see if we were ok to be a little later than the randomly scheduled 2pm on a workday. It is crazy to me the difference in customer service between different locations, I would recommend trying another location if you are in the market for any of their products.

Good luck when you have an issue, the folks here don't follow or blame it on someone else. Just sucks folks, No follow up from the staff whatsoever customer service is simply pitiful.

My experience with the Tesla dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a car in May with the understanding that they would handle the registration and tags. Fast forward to now, my registration has expired, and I'm left in the dark. Attempting to reach them has been an exercise in futility. Their phone lines are always full, voicemails unanswered, and texts ignored. It's appalling how they treat their customers, leaving us wondering about the status of our cars. This level of negligence is inexcusable and utterly frustrating.To add insult to injury, this Tesla dealership's negligence extends to failing to provide the required front and back tags in a region like DC, where both are mandatory. It's a miracle that I haven't been pulled over due to their oversight. It's astounding how they could overlook such a basic aspect of vehicle registration. This dealership's lack of attention to detail and customer service is beyond belief. Tesla, your customers deserve better.

Been a customer for 10+ years. Technology of the cars has always been great but the quality and service not so much. This past month I have been in and out the shop and Radcliffe has gone above and beyond. From constantly keeping in touch to following up with the customer while in service. He wants the issues to be resolved. I know this sounds like common sense but it doesn’t happen always at service here but Radcliffe has changed that. When he presented me with a loaner- he checked and cleaned the loaner himself. He’s working hard to make Tesla service exceptional and I’ve been very happy with him. The man deserves a promotion and you should definitely ask for him. Doesn’t matter what the issue is- Radcliffe will make sure you are taken care of and makes customer service his number one priority. Highly recommend next time you are in service to ask for Radcliffe!

Sit back, and get your reading glasses out because this will be a semi long post. First off, setting up the appointment was a little frustrating, the system admin changed my appointment twice; 2 weeks apart from each other. The reason why I set up the appointment was because my trunk stopped opening. Neither from the app, car screen, or manually pulling it. Anyways, originally my trunk was going to take 2 hours to fix. Two hours in, they found out it was a harness issue instead of the latch. There was a recall for the harness which they resolved by putting a cover over the harness to protect it. My question to the employee was if a cover was placed on it, why would it still break? It was a good question that wasn't answered. I was told that I had to pay for the new harness that the recalled harness didn't protect. I agreed to pay it so I could get my back. After another two hours, I got the car back with a working trunk. With the new policy for Uber credit and the loaner, I just stayed at the service center. Side note, if you have a baby seat and your trunk has an issue, they will detach the baby seat to resolve it.

I went in because I had a quick question about a car that I was considering buying. Our family had a lot of reservations that the car I was considering would be able to accommodate our needs. In an effort to help us feel more at ease, Jack offered to let me take a model Y on a 24 hour test drive. It sealed the deal and was above and beyond what was expected. Jack has continued to check in and make sure I had everything I needed without any pressure. It's been a great experience and I would encourage you to reach out to Jack at Tesla Rockville if you are interested in a new car. He'll treat you right.

Good luck getting a decent customer service in this location. I purchase a hitch and Tesla biking rack for my model Y. I am not sure what’s the issue, but my rack is tilted to the left and shakes a lot.This Tesla service is a joke. First, it’s a boys club where there is not a single female working with customers. Boys joke around between themselves casually while assisting customer, and they treat male customers a lot different than women. I asked for help, and Robert Barnett made my request a living hell. I waited for 2 hours in the center for them to look into the issue. Robert asked me if I will be waiting, and of corse I didn’t mind. Then, I found out from other male customers that I could have actually gotten an Uber ride instead of waiting, and I wish I knew that at the beginning. When Robert told me that there is nothing Tesla service can do, he handed me his phone with customer service, I waited almost 20 minutes on the line and have been told that for any Tesla accessories there is no phone support. I’ve asked for the written email confirming what Robert told me, which is Tesla rack is defective so I can return the rack. He right away told me he didn’t say it, and it’s best that hat I buy a different rack. I left this center frustrated and I will not be returning.It is unfortunate that company like Tesla hire rude and unprofessional people.

His is so very much improved from the first time I took possession of my 2018 M3. However, reaching anybody to talk to was impossible I spent 3 1/2 hours on hold before giving up, this level of customer contact likely drives many potential customers away.

I went in there for a flat tire, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Robert Barnett my service advisor explained all the things in detail and guided me to make them best decision. I got my flat tire fixed. I had tire rotation and wheel alignment done for price $340. I also got a new key card in $32. Waiting area is comfortable. I had a wonderful overall experience.

The showroom is well done, and the overall car buying experience is quite stress free compared to what you experience at a dealer.I have had nothing but positive experiences with the service section. I've had two issues come up since buying the car. The service team has been responsive, and the turnaround time was quick. Each time, I was offered a loaner car, which was helpful.

I had my car serviced the other day. Rob, who assisted me at the front desk, was very helpful and informative. We went over the entire procedure from start to finish to make sure I was in the know of the process. Highly recommend and great location.
