Love this bank. I’m still sad the hours changed due to Covid. I am always treated like I am priority when I visit here. No matter how busy they are, someone always acknowledges you when you enter. If end up waiting longer than expected, although they might not be able to help you right away, someone comes to check on you. So far I haven’t been disappointed with there services and I have been banking at this location since 2014.

I made an appointment to open a bank account. They do not honor their appointment times and will keep you waiting for hours. TD Bank might be OK, but this branch does not have very good customer service.

Excellent service. Don't pay attention to other reviews, Now there service is very good. This is my second visit to this location and I got my work done within 30 minutes. I went and right away I was called by Wenda Sanchez a very nice and helpful lady. She done all my paperwork and I was ready to go. Their service is Very friendly, respectful, and comfortable. 10/10.

I don’t bank with TD, but decided to use their drive-thru ATM, and it shorted me $50. Not cool! Now it’s going to be a whole process to get it back. DO NOT bank with banks whose ATM machines cannot function properly!

TD bank handles poorly with fraudulent events, so I will not choose to bank with them. Their fraud line operators were rude and refused to explain their process. Every time you call, you have to give them the entire information all over again, because they do not assign a case number or anything to track the progress. This also happens when your call is disconnected. They would not try to call you back. One of the operators asked for my SSN. When I asked if she would send my SSN to their investigation deviation. She said she would in one sentence and then said no in another. When I tried to confirm what she said, she got defensive and said she could not verify anything further. What? I was asking her the same question about what she just said. Either she was trying to hide something or they just don’t have a standard process in place. Overall, what I had experienced was exactly the opposite from what they called “legendary” experience. When things go well, everyone is nice to work with. When things go wrong, it is when you start to see the difference and the true quality of this bank. This bank is so far below the average from what I can tell.

4 years ago they used to have coins machine in this branch thats why I went n open the account there. Staffs were so nice to me helped me more thing when I asked for. I loved this branch since(my first time of this bank is this branch).Reading all bad experiences from each person i do understand how it felt but mine was great service n I still have business with them.Hope all bad reviews can make better customer service step up now.

TD Bank in general, not just this branch, is just plain horrible. From terrible customer service, to non-user friendly website with extremely limited information (how are something as basic as mortgage statements not accessible in your online account?!? Yes, they will snail mail them to you...), I just can't say anything good about the company, outdated and very poorly run. Worst of all for me, due to a mistake, they owe me a large sum of money that, after 6 months of constant calls, is still nowhere to be seen. Please avoid them at all costs, they don't care.

Worst banking experience hands down. Staff is rude and should not work in any type of service/ customer type of roles. Please TD get some checks and balances together to ensure your employees seat the bare minimum treating customers with respect.
