Honestly I have never left a bad review on Google but this time I have to make sure that any potential new client knows the facts before they decide to employ Mr. Stephen Bradford from Taxmasters. This was the third year I was planning to have my taxes processed although originally my experience with him was not so great since it was really hard to get in touch with him. I spend $1200/year min. and still have to call hundreds of times to get in touch with your tax professional but with no luck. This year was the last straw. I have literally sent more than 20 emails to Mr. Bradford to get my 2019 taxes amended but he is still ghosting me. I sent an email also to the manager (Preston Hall) and never got back to even ask what happened. I am very dissappointed with Stephen Bradford’s services overall. Please stay away from this firm!

I have been working with Tax Masters for my tax returns since 2010. I went through a separation, divorce, and difficulties with paying taxes. My accountant worked with me patiently and professionally through all of it. I am so glad that I have Tax-Masters to help me navigate my tax returns!

My first time using any tax service so I was a bit skeptical. Kariem took care of me better than I could have expected and had every cent accounted for and helped me get a nice return. Bought a house this past year and had some other things going on so it was by no means a simple return. Tax Masters made me comfortable and I will be returning every year. Great service.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. I've worked with several accountants at Tax-Masters, not only for help with my own personal and professional accounting needs, but jointly with clients that I have referred to them needing accounting assistance. They have helped with matters of varying complexity for return preparation, tax planning, and even IRS disputes. I once referred a client who had a tax bill of approximately $150k, and they cleared it up with the IRS completely within a few days. Their fees are more than reasonable, and don't know how they are able to charge so little with such full and complete service.

My Son wrote a review- and I feel the need to add my 2 cents worth ! I am a Realtor and live in Belize- ...want to talk about complicated returns for me !! I want to take a moment to say thanks to Linda and her Team... and to Steve, a HUGE thank you for being on the top of your game to help us REALTORS with our returns !! I noticed a review further down, that was not at all my experience as to Steve- not only was he communicative, he thought of many things i did not even know to think of that were very important to my tax circumstances. Have been blessed to be with TaxMasters for over 20 years now AND PLAN TO STAY!

Tax Masters will be doing my taxes again this year after the great experience I had last year. My return is semi-complicated, out of sate, military, rental income, home purchases/sales, children, tuition, etc. Its so nice to know you're getting the max refund possible, while also getting trusted advice to lower your taxes for the following year. I can't wait to see the impact for this year! Just do it. You know you want to!

I have been with Tax-Masters for over a decade now. I am impressed by how thorough they are, and always a pleasure to deal with. Being a self-employed person tax time can be very stressful and Tax-Masters always makes it a smooth transaction. They even call me and help me get my returns completed early so that I don't stress at the deadline. I would suggest any self-employed person or busines owner to speak with Tax-Masters and see what great service they offer. I really can't say enough nice things about them.

I've been a Tax Masters customer for about a decade now, and I'm happy with the service I've received from them. I really like my CPA at this firm. She usually goes above and beyond on any of my returns, and their office staff is professional and responsive. I had so many good experiences here, that I brought them new clients, and everyone I brought them has been happy with them so far. They're especially good with real estate-related tax work, but they serve all types of businesses, and they do it well. I definitely give them 5 stars for service, quality, and reliability, so feel free to hire them with confidence. They're quite good.
