As a first time homebuyer, I sought a realtor who was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy ... and Susana was all of those and more.Throughout my home buying process, Susana provided me with the utmost respect and valued my opinions. She used her vast knowledge of the county, as a longstanding resident, to help me identify the area that I would like to reside in. Susana took great care to answer my many questions as a first time homebuyer, as well as, sought to provide me many listings that met my needs.Personally, the home buying process with Susana was made less overwhelming by her dedication to finding the best property to meet my needs. Furthermore, Susana was quite adept in managing my first time homebuyer anxiety throughout. Susana has been a great help getting our older apartments rented in Bethesda. She has gone above and beyond with showing the apartments and screening tenants. She has even gone so far as to vacuum and clean up when necessary so our rental property always looks nice for showings. Her communication is great, and I highly recommend her.

One of the things I found to be the most helpful when dealing with Susana was her quick response and actions. The area she helped me get into is extremely competitive and weekday or weekend, she made herself available which ended up locking me into a highly desirable townhome. Super courteous and professional. She also seems like she has an extremely abundant knowledge of the homes themselves, features, appliances, etc. She was truly able to explain the value in areas and things I otherwise wouldn't have seen. Will def maintain relations. ?

Susana was amazing!!!!!! She helped me relocate from TX to Northern Virginia ... VIRTUALLY!!!!!!! She handled everything and was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. She visited properties for me in a timely manner sometimes same day appointments were available!!! She conducted virtual tours with me via Face-Time, answered all of my questions, and now I’m in a wonderful home!!!!! Susana was always available for any questions we had. Once our house was on the market, the views and showings could not stop. She was able to advocate aspects about our property that we never thought to consider. Susana had great professionalism and at the same time treated us as a friend.
