This review is for the 711 side of the business. The employee "Chris" was horrible!!! he was rude, unhelpful, had a bad attitude, and was unprofessional. Chris gave me one of the worst experiences I ever had at a 711, not to mention the fact that this 711 had the worst deals available out of all the 711s I have ever been too. On top of that, the price tags of items do not even match the supposed "scanned price" of items (for example: price is $1.50, but when scanned is $3). In addition to that, when i came in, the hot food was not even being made by Chris, and he stated that hot food wont be served until 6am.... what kind of 711 is this? Definitely the worst I have EVER been to. I would rate even lower if I could.

God bless Tom and his crew! I was shaken from a hit and run this morning, and dropped my car off with no appointment. I had to drive 40 miles home and wanted to be careful. Tom checked the car over and did a test drive, and reassured me it appeared safe to drive home. He also advised me what to look for. Low cost, PRICELESS advice. What a gem. I used them last year, and now will be giving them all of my business.

Great place to get your car inspected. The service clerk was very polite and professional. Jamie the mechanic took great care me And was very upfront about all my vehicle needs. Because of this outstanding service I will return anytime my car has a problem. I hope you consider this service station.

I called this auto shop location to learn how I should go about getting a MD State Inspection. They said to drop my car off early & leave it for the day. They said they didn't do appointments because people often did not show up. I bring my car to the shop on a Wednesday morning & one of the mechanics told me I had to come back on a Monday or Tuesday at 8a. I'm irritated because nobody told me that on the phone & it's pretty inconvenient to schedule your entire day around this service. Anyway, I get over it and return the following Tuesday at 8a. They tell me they're booked up and I can come back next Monday or Tuesday. At this I' confused about how they're booked when they just opened and they don't take appointments as well as the employees level of indifference. I tell them this is the second time I've come here, and the second time they've been booked at the start of the day. How if you don't take appointments and I don't see any lines forming around the corner? He says, “well some people drop their car off the night before.†Whaaaat? Nobody told me this was an option and to me this sounds like an appointment albeit not formal. I just left and I won't be returning. I don't know if they provide quality service but their customer service is awful and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
