Great place to get your Mercedes serviced. Doug Nelson is the owner, and he only works on Mercedes. He is Mercedes factory trained and certified. The inside of this place is spotless, which gives you a certain confidence that your car will be taken care of.

I've been a Mercedes enthusiast for 15 years and have always performed all work that don't require a lift. I don't trust my cars to anyone except myself after all the bad experiences with warranty work at the dealership. 10 years ago, I had a rare issue that needed some confirmation by someone more experienced. I don't remember how I got Doug's name, but he actually came to my house with a pressure tester and performed a diagnostic to confirm my findings. He didn't charge me a thing. He even through in a tube of factory sealant for me when I tackled the job. Since then, I've brought my vehicles to him for professional advice, and had him perform work that would have been very difficult in my home garage. It feels good to finally find someone who I can trust with my cars. He seems to really enjoy helping owners get their cars back on road. Obviously competent, but also an honest guy. And best of all, when you call, you talk to him directly. There are no clueless service advisors, middlemen, or assistants, etc... He does all the work, so you can be sure it's done right. Oh, and his prices are more than reasonable.

Doug is as good as any Mercedes mechanic you'll find. He's competent and honest. He has saved me money where he has been able to. All of the work he has done on my car has been excellent.

After taking my ML500 to 2 other shops and they could not figure out what the problem was, I gave this place a shot. Within minutes the diagnostics were done and an estimate was given. My car was back up and running in the same day and price was very fair. The owners are very nice and friendly and do not try to fix things that are not broken and charge extra. From now on , all of my Mercedes work will be done here. Just wish I would have discovered this place before I wasted money on all the other attempts to repair. Can't say enough how pleased I am from the initial phone inquiry to the final solution. Perfect!
