Harold is the only employee who seems to not hate his job. Some girl (who doesn't wear a name tag because she probably knows how bad she is at work) also seems to suffer from a severe case of hating the job she applied for or maybe got a fresh dose of botox so she looks extra off putting. I would not complain if she had at least gotten the task right but no hope there, misplaced stuff and lost my receipt. Seriously, noone asked you to work there. Find a job you don't hate.

I worked with Vindhya in the printing department at the Staples, Rockville branch and I’m so impressed with her promptness and expertise. She patiently worked with me and helped me through all my printing requirements. It’s such a pleasure when one gets great customer service. Thank you! I will definitely go back for all my designs and printing needs.

Avoid at all costs if you care about your time. Only one person at the register and there an absurdly long wait time. go to ANY another store, this staples branch is poorly managed and doesnt care about the customer’s time! ONE HOUR WAIT FOR A SIMPLE TASK.THAT TOOK 2 Mins when i was finally helped.

Vindea saved the day (5 stars to her) , but I will never come back to staples as long as Keyton is here.The printing station needs a complete overhaul. I'm glad I'm not the only one, as I see other similar reviews about the printing station. They all hide in the back and make you wait until they feel like helping you. In addition, some associates don't wear name tags in the station, and when I asked one lady without a name tag for her name, she refused to provide it, and went back to the station.

I came to this staples and staff were really nice except for the lady who was at the printing station. I kindly asked her if she can lamenate 5 copies she immediately said it will take an hr to be lamenated, mind you I came to her once she finished helping a diffferent customer. She spent her time chatting up with make customers and laughing and those 3 minutes her turning me away she could have lamenated my copies it could have been done. Very much in power she felt it would take an hour to lamenate 5 copies, I would never recommend this store anyone especially if your another pretty female

Omar at the printing session went above and beyond to help me out! Patient, respectful and knowledgeable! After some other gentleman completely ignored me, Omar made my day!

I am extremely concerned about the behavior of Print Supervisor, Kelton (Not to be confused with Kelvin, who provides phenomenal customer service). It is alarming to learn that he lacks the necessary skills and qualities to be a supervisor. In a demeaning manner, he dismissed my request to have one of my items shipped via FedEx, despite Staples' own website indicating that they accept FedEx returns. Furthermore, when I informed him that I needed to purchase a Staples packaging envelope before sending out my package via USPS, he completely disregarded my concerns and insisted that I go to an actual USPS location for the shipping process. This level of incompetence is unprecedented in my numerous experiences at Staples. Rest assured, I informed Kelton that I would be reporting his actions to Staples corporate immediately. I am relieved to share that Ian came to my rescue with a perfect solution. He quickly recognized me and stepped in to assist. Thanks to Ian, I was able to purchase the necessary Staples packaging envelope and print the label for my item's shipment. His swift action saved the day, and I am grateful for his exceptional customer service. It's essential to acknowledge and commend employees like Ian who go above and beyond to provide the support and assistance needed.

Kelvin! Kelvin! Kelvin! He’s the hardest working man in there and he’s so efficient and kind! We have been coming here for years and we request him like a song! Thank you for always doing your job with a smile and breaking down how to do returns for me idiot style! Give the man a raise!

I really like this Staples, conveniently located off Rockville Pike near Congressional Plaza, and usually prefer to shop here as cashiers are consistently very friendly and helpful. But oftentimes the store is out of the toner that I need (had to go to a different Staples yesterday to find it). However I will still shop this Staples first as I know register staff will be nice and this location has been my long time go-to for paper, notebooks, computer accessories and office supplies....

I went to return a package via UPS. There was line of 3 people, 45 mins later I found out that a simple information that I can’t return in this location and have to go to UPS store. They wasted 45 mins only to get the answer like that. There were 2 people and the second one was useless and need more training.

I order very frequently from staples online and they are excellent on online orders.The items sold there are durable and great in variety.My last purchase was a logitech mouse.I am thankful on how efficient there delivery service is.Also I bought a mead college notebook with 200 pages.I will keep buying online for those that work it is very useful.Thank You Staple Team!!!!

I came here for storage supplies, decided they were too expensive, and bought them at Home Goods in the same plaza instead. BUT, I didn't leave Staples empty handed - I shopped in the clearance section and got some Post-it planner sticky pads. Pretty neat.
