I came to get a notebooks and pen, not asking for too much, right? The pen won’t even write anything despite me being told it’s one of the best by one of the employees, oh and did I mention the false advertising on their headphones? I was sold the state of the art complete package, noise cancellation, blutooth, foldable, you name it. Only when I opened the thing it was way too small for my ears, a far cry from its packaging picture. Don’t buy from this backwater place, Michael’s is far superior.

AWFUL STAFFING! This review is not for a single incident but for years worth of experience that was always sketchy at best but is now consistently worse. Staff are indifferent (at best) or hostile. Few are helpful and heaven forbid you need to ask a question or require assistance. The gentlemen who works in the Print Shop is the rudest person I e encountered in a long, long time. It literally seemed to pain him to assist me and other customers of color. Yesterday, I used one of their PCs and left my flash drive. I sent a message via email that was very specific early so that whomever opened could grab my flash from the USB port. Not only have I STILL not gotten a response, my spouse went to the store. A staff person acknowledged seeing my email but apparently never opened it. Had he, he would’ve located my flash drive. We decided to stop by the store to look one last time. Care to guess where it was? That’s right—exactly where I said that it would be. I’m not holding my breath for a return email or phone call. I’m also not going back to Staples. I’d rather pay more for better service.

A few weeks ago I came in and had a wonderful experience worth sharing. My printer broke down a few months ago and Ive been researching new ones with disappointment bc I cant use the same ink that is compatible with my old one, I have lots of it left over.
Sam was super knowledgeable, helpful, and nice when I asked about a good printer recommendation. I had been researching the Epson so when he shared all the perks plus it was on sale and I could get credit for my printer and old ink cartridges it was exactly what I need.
He also shared the importance of maintenance every few months as a way to prolong the working life and quality of your printer. Given good customer service is so hard to come by these days it's important to acknowledge when someone goes out of their way to help you. Sam did just that. I'm very happy with my Epson printer! So far so good.

The printing center is very expensive and the service is bad ! The attitude to Asian is not friendly! Do not go there. Bad experience!

Was looking for an IPS monitor that was in stock (4 of them) on the website. Drove 30 minutes to the store to have someone there tell me there were none in stock with no other explanation.

Do NOT drop packages at this Staples location, or really any Staples location. My packages were lost THREE TIMES in a 1-2 month time frame. Dropped off, never scanned and disappeared off the face of the planet. Both USPS and Staples unwilling to help me and I’m out $200. Staples has no cameras on the packages so cannot provide proof they were ever picked up by USPS. I suspect someone is stealing packages after the third time it happened to me, I’ve sold over 1,000 packages in the last ten years and have never had one get lost until now. Absolutely insane.
Edit: they replied to me saying they’d look into it. I know they’re not. I’d already brought this issue up with their store at least 3 times and emailed corporate and absolutely nothing was done and they never contacted me back.

Harold is the only employee who seems to not hate his job. Some girl (who doesn't wear a name tag because she probably knows how bad she is at work) also seems to suffer from a severe case of hating the job she applied for or maybe got a fresh dose of botox so she looks extra off putting. I would not complain if she had at least gotten the task right but no hope there, misplaced stuff and lost my receipt. Seriously, noone asked you to work there. Find a job you don't hate.
