Fantastic people here! When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the friendly Enoch, who called on his radio for Ben. Ben was friendly, competent, and efficient, making sure my passport photos met all the guidelines, and sending me on my way with photos in hand in well less than the advertised 10 minutes. I am very impressed!

Do NOT drop packages at this Staples location, or really any Staples location. My packages were lost THREE TIMES in a 1-2 month time frame. Dropped off, never scanned and disappeared off the face of the planet. Both USPS and Staples unwilling to help me and I'm out $200. Staples has no cameras directed to the packages so cannot provide proof they were ever picked up by USPS. I suspect someone is stealing packages after the third time it happened to me, I've sold over 1,000 packages in the last ten years and have never had one get lost until now. Absolutely insane.

The last few visits at this store I have found the toner I needed in stock but customer service very lacking, to say the least i.e. curt, unhelpful replies to questions (print shop), and at the cash register, not taking the security cable off of an item until the alarm went off. I'm disappointed as last year the situation was just the opposite. I'm not sure now having the toner in stock is worth the trip here.

TSA pre check took 3 people ahead of me when i had an appointment. There's supposedly sensitive information yet the TSA guy was doing this out in the open area. This site should be closed and put in a secure room with chairs like at the MVA location

I order very frequently from staples online and they are excellent on online orders.The items sold there are durable and great in variety.My last purchase was a logitech mouse.I am thankful on how efficient there delivery service is.Also I bought a mead college notebook with 200 pages.I will keep buying online for those that work it is very useful.Thank You Staple Team!!!!

I think Staples is a really fun store! Well, at least some sections of it are .... Seeing all the colours -- especially after years and years spent mostly at home, going nowhere -- does a lot of good for my eyes! It's great to be able to drop off my UPS package with no hassle, and then be able to buy things such as a really nice purple laptop sleeve, pencil case, and no-damage black hanger for my black chalkboard painted wall! Everyone is very nice, as well. Oh, plus when you go to the UPS section, you get a coupon! I saved thirty percent on my laptop case with it! Yay! :-DOne thing I don't like is the move from binders having the binding part (rings) at the centre to having them on one side (If you could see my face right now, you would see the look of disgust at this thought!), so that papers get bent a lot more while stored in them -- and plus they're just not symmetrical and I very much dislike that! Luckily, however, there are still some good binders available here, such as the very nice stone-themed paper ones with an all-over-print of a photo of the cutaway of a rock ... clearly perfect for your geology class needs! They come in a rosy-gold look, black-and-white, and lovely light green ....The Happy Mail boxes and bubble mailers are really cool, bright, easy to use and really happy, just like the name says! Some are available in the UPS area and others are in the mailing supplies area.Staples does a really good job of keeping up-to-date with whatever's coming next such as the start of school when many, many backpacks suddenly come in and there is a really great selection of styles! There are a lot of things for teachers and students -- for instance, huge poster markers that I can't wait to get and try!Something I'd never seen before I got to see on my last visit yesterday -- one cashier was using two cash registers and began to check the person behind me out while I was still paying .... I thought that was very cool! I was impressed with the talent and initiative he showed.Every single worker I saw there smiled at me -- whether or not I spoke with them. I didn't need or ask for any help with anything (for one thing because I like to look at everything everywhere and see for myself! I'm not trying to get out in as short a time as possible. I want to see as much as possible! I know that takes time.), but everyone I encountered was super-nice and most helpful.I've been shopping here for many years and this is based on many, many visits at all times of day and various days throughout the week and weekend. I can't say I'm every disappointed!As for the pretty purple laptop bag from Milan, it fits my laptop perfectly! It has a really cool feeling to it, too ... a nice texture that is also very protective.About entering and exiting the store, it's easy to park, there is an awning with parking right by it for when it's raining, the door is big and opens automatically, so it's easy to come and go ....When you do go (leave), there is plenty else to do nearby so if you're coming from a bit away, you don't have to make the trip for just this but you can eat at or get take-out from one of the many nearby restaurants, and even eat your take-out at a park nearby if you like. Or, you can enhance your visit to another store. I mean, people take busses to Rockville Pike from Pennsylvania -- they go on Rockville Pike field trips! (I know because I've met them and asked what they were doing.) After all, Rockville Pike is the largest open-air mall in America! Of course it's worth the trip!(About workers who don't smile -- people are people with their own backgrounds and experiences! Some people may be reticent to smile due to happenings in their past but of course if you as the customer or just fellow human smile first, you're much more likely to get past that façade a whole lot quicker! Niceness creates niceness!)I on the whole LOVE going to Staples! This is a great place that will make your working and studying life a whole lot more FU

All I needed was a toner cartridge and I was in the neighborhood. Never again. The female cashier at the checkout spoke minimal English. So I was not able to correctly enter my preferred customer information. Then I inserted my card, the transaction said it was processed, and I removed the card when it said to at the end, after it asked how I wanted my receipt. Then she claimed the register canceled the transaction, and she blamed it on me. So I left that product there and said I would go back to my regular store. Now I have to check my credit card to be sure they did not in fact charge me for the item. What a hassle.

Apparently there's only ONE GUY who can process TSA PreCheck. Standing at the counter, I was told this ONE GUY just went on break. Meanwhile, no less than three other employees, one who seems to be a manager, ignored me while they had conversations and looked at their phones.

This staples location is close to everything in Rockville Pike. It has lots of ample parking, the store is well lit and they will have most of the products that you need from Amazon right away. The selection is wide and with colourful sale every week. Now the reason for my two starts. They really need more cashiers or at least cashiers that know how to keep customer in order. On the day of my visit customer cuts in line. Cashier just ignores it and keeps going. He didn't seem to want to be there. When I went to TSP to ask a question the attendant seemed perturbed that I asked a question. The manager needs to send his staff to training on how to treat folks with dignity. Loads of other places to buy supplies from online. Poor customer service makes you feel like you are there to help them. I won't be returning and if you come here make sure to come with a load of patience.

A huge thank you to Karim (I hope I'm spelling that right) for helping me with an emergency product lookup that saved the day for me. He was polite and extremely helpful. Really appreciate him as someone who has also worked retail and know it isn't easy this time of year.

I used the TSP advertised service at Rockville Pike location and made reservation on line. I arrived 5 minutes early and there were 8 people in front of me without appointments. One worker painstakingly enters data into a tablet device that takes a very ling time. After waiting for 30 minutes I couldn't wait any longer and had to depart. One person in line had the same appointment time as me. TSP and Staples need to budget more time for appointments or add more workers. False advertising and extremely poor service with no management oversight. Employee did best she could but is overwhelmed.

This is my go to location for Staples for when I need things quicker than Amazon. Ordering online is easy and the website is good to filter any products that are available for in-store pickup. They do have a good selection of the standard products available for in-store pickup and most of the other stuff is online only.Stopping by and picking up my order was easy. They have a online order pickup sign but I have never seen that open; I generally have to get in the main checkout line to pickup my order.The store is well laid out and stuff is easy to find. Staff is helpful too.
