I go to this Sola Salon Studios for Anh at D'Lux Nail Studio, who is absolutely exceptional with nails, nail care, and artistry. She can do any designs you like and is a true professional. Anh also has extended evening hours until 9pm. Whether you want something simple or extravagant, Anh is the nail tech you need and want. Highly recommend D'Lux Nail Studio. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I have been coming to Ella Skin since the location opened (who is awesome btw) but this review is for Erin Sapp - Hair Haven. I used to go to Erin when she worked at HC and I know she is amazing at what she does however my most recent experience has been a bummer. I booked an appointment for a weekday but couldnt keep it so she rescheduled me to a Saturday - no issues, amazing customer service. The day before my appointment my son wasnt feeling great due to teething so I asked her if she could cancel my appointment. She said she would be charging 50% cancellation fee. Fair enough! I decided to keep the appointment and had my husband change his schedule so he could at least be with the baby while I was gone. Around 1030am the next day I received a text from Erin asking if I was willing to come in on Monday afternoon. I told her it was fine and my husband was staying home with the baby and I could come. She responded that she wasnt feeling well and had to cancel. So 50% charge if I cancel the day before but nothing if she decides to cancel 3 hours before the appointment? Of course I dont expect her to pay me but she could offer maybe 15% or something off for the last minute inconvenience. Anyway, after the back and forth with the studio owner I figured I would stick to a larger salon or something where if one stylist cant make it another will show up.

Kelly Li is always friendly and easy to communicate with about timing with her clients for the day. She will always make time if it is available, and will make sure you are happy with your hair needs. I have been visiting her for 7 years and she always does an amazing job.

Tucked away on the bottom of a two-story mall, and not truly recognizable as a salon, Sola Salon is a surprising enclave of small hair and salon businesses. Over 20 small salons are on one floor, very compact in square footage but feeling spacious.The decor is basically grey and white providing a fresh look. On trend. Spotless and clean.The bathroom feels like one in a relaxing spa. Nice paneling and very private stalls. Locked for security but not during the pandemic. Not really an issue as the main doors to enter Sola Salon are now locked to prevent the spread of Covid.One must be buzzed in for an appointment. Felt 'safe from Covid exposure because my stylist has only one person in her space at a time. Ask yours how they protect customers during the pandemic.Excellent experience in a tucked-away gem of multiple salons easy to access.

I've been to different studios to try and I went to see Elie (styledbyelie), I was so disappointed with the service and the studio. It was messy and dirty. I would think during a pandemic, stylists would be cleaner. Even my husband noticed my hair and he NEVER notices. So overpriced and i'm just so disappointed.
