I ordered a makeup brush on April 21,2020. Today is June 16,2020 and I'm still waiting. Tracking says it's been sitting in a facility since May 28th! I understand shipping it's affected by covid 19, but I've ordered many items after this with international shipping and received them already. It wasn't worth the savings. It's been 56 DAYS

This Spa has a calming, relaxing atmosphere and provides excellent, professional service. One of the very few places in the greater GR area for sugaring. Rachelle does an amazing job!!

Absolutely love every experience at Haven Skincare & massage! I drive two hours to get sugaring services! Extremely relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door! Had my first brightening facial today and absolutely loved it! Reagan and Rachelle are extremely professional and wonderful to work with! This is the place to go for all of your skincare needs!

Ordered a product never received it , was told they will replaced it , still didn't received it .. then they grow silent on me . Ignoring my emails . What kind of store is that ? Customer service wise they have none , not to mention I never received the products i ordered. I will never ever recommend .

Placed my order April 26th and called a week later because it still showed the order was “processing” was told my product was on back order and that someone would get back to me that day, they never did, I have called and left messages and emailed several times with no response. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company!
