It was all great when I bought my car, but the muffler rusted straight through a month and a half later and they told me it was my fault and that I "hit something". Because that's how rust works.

My fiancé and I had been searching for a pickup truck for months with no success. Then I went on fb one random night and the first dealership I saw was 7 Below Auto Sales. They had a Ford F-150 for $6500 and they were located in Rockville, Md so we jumped on it. They would prefer that you make an appointment so the car your looking at can be cleaned and ready(covid -19 precautions) but they helped us anyway. We met with Melissa 1st and she was polite and very accommodating. We fell in love with the truck instantly. Before our test drive we met Gus and he is one awesome guy. Very friendly, upfront and honest. He had the truck Maryland inspected and a few minor repairs done and we had a deal. Since then we had a few minor issues and Gus has been very attentive and jumped right on it to help us get the repairs. I would definitely recommend if your looking for a new used car in great condition that you give 7 Below Auto Sales a try. They are very clean and make sure to wear mask and sanitize. It's hard to find honest business people these days and Gus is one of the good ones.

DO NOT BUY! My daughter saved all her hard earned money and we were referred to this place and she bought a 2008 Altima. She was so happy!! Right away it was driving bad, and turns out it needs a transmission. The repair shop already tried to replace it with 2 used transmissions, to save us money, but it didn't work. Now we must get a brand new one, and the dealership will not pay for it! We can not afford it, she spend all her money to buy the car, and I've been laid off due to COVID. Obviously the problem was there before we purchased the car and they should fix it! This has been a terrible headache and experience for us. The car has been in shop around 45 days! she only drove it very briefly! Do not waste your money at this shop!

My dad Anthony recommend me to this place in February of this year. Today the car dead on me in the middle of the road and come to find out the battery and the alternator is no good. I'm pregnant with a full-time job and a one year old. Without a car in the cold. My job is a 45 to an hour commute. Let's say they set me up to become homeless. Thanks Dad and thanks six and below

From start to finish GREAT service. Inquired about one of their cars and was answered within a couple hours, set a time to go look and was greeted as soon as i arrived and allowed to take my time no pressure to buy. Bought my car and they moved quickly to get me in my vehicle and on the road. Have had my van for about a month and its running great. Thank you for excellent service! Definitely has earned my future business

Came to this place to buy a car with cash on hand, first at all, these cars looks they have been there for months or years? Without maintenance, they are very old and dirty. We walked the place for more than 30 min nobody showed up to spoke us, and we didn’t walked in the office since COVID 19 safe distance. I will not recommend this place to nobody, go to Fitzgerald website they have several used cars in good conditions.
