Visited the place after the reopening, the salon is well prepared for the pandemic with thoroughly cleaning surfaces, friendly staff and atmosphere. Nice color and cut, highly recommended.

I just recently moved to the Gaithersburg Area and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. i was not disappointed ! The GPS takes you to the street next to dunkin' donuts but it's located in the strip mall with a big sign next to Advance auto so you can't miss it. I walked in was greeted and smiled at , which I appreciated . I was a walk in and other had an appointment but they worked fast . This is by far the best threading i've gotten. She worked slowly on my eyebrows and took her time and applied soothing aloe afterwards . Usually when i leave browart they do a good job but I am left hurting afterwards . Not here I am a ok! Yes I know beauty is pain but oh well. This will be my regular place for my eyebrows . Thanks Yelp!

I've started to come here as I was recommended to see Gina from two of my co workers. I was hesitant to come by because my eyebrows are something I'd never liked being messed with as other places I've gone have done. But Gina made sure everything was fine and also helps you out with making your eyebrows looking good and thick enough

I never write these reviews but feel like I need to let everyone know what an amazing job they do here! I have been searching for a good eyebrow place because I usually feel like they just do an "ok" job at other places. I tried Shapers the other day for eyebrow threading and I AM IN LOVE WITH MY BROWS!! I don't know the name of the person who did them, but she really took her time and was so meticulous, and it shows. And only $11! I will definitely be going back

Gina is the only lady in Maryland that I trust with my eyebrows. I've dealt with many threading places and recently I've been trying to let my eyebrows grow out in certain spots. Most beauticians think they know best and would thread off extra hairs that I want to keep, but she listens and takes direction very well and caters to what you need. She understands and will make sure you are satisfied.

I've gone here 3 times and have had such a great experience! The first time I went the lady whom I can't remember her name, did a great job. Then my last 2 times I went to Gina and she's amazing!!! She always cleans up and shapes my eyebrows good and always takes her time! The pricing is just as great. I def recommend people to come here!

This is the best "hole in the wall" place to get your eyebrows done in this entire area. Skip the mall! Shaper's is the only place you need to get eyebrow/facial threading done. The only reason I call it a hole in the wall is because the location is behind some stores in the shopping center. It's right next to Patel Brothers behind everything if you enter where New York Mart is. I love being seen by anyone at this location but my top 3 Shaper's technicians would probably be Gina, Neelam, or Zareen. They are wonderful. If you are going later in the day when it gets crowded (people coming in after work), schedule an appointment. It's very easy to call and schedule with them. Also, they play music in the background while you get your eyebrows or face threaded, which is nice. I love coming here. I've been a client for the last 4 years and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else! This place is amazing, the prices beat every other place in the area, and the technicians really know what they're doing. I know when I go see Gina or Neelam or Zareen they always try to make sure that my eyebrows stay thick. They don't thread off too much, and they're master artists at getting the eyebrow shaped correctly!
