I’m a parents with a kid at this location. my experience with this school has been good so far and I love my sons teacher. I liked Miss Mary when my son first started. But imagine my surprise! when I witnessed. a teacher being yelled at by a manager! In front of the students! In front of coworkers! Unprofessional! Imagine my surprise when i found out this is also a commmon thing that happens with the teachers!Wow just wow. I have already plannedd tours at other daycares in the area because i refuse to keep my child in a school that does not respect their employees! I do NOT!!! recommend this place to anyone! and I will be letting other parents know as well! Unprofessional!

Our daughter has been here for almost 2 years. She loves her teachers. All the teachers we met are super friendly and care about kids. Our daughter also learns a lot things from the daycare every day! We really appreciate all teachers' hard work!

Our son, Jack, was enrolled in the Infant program at Shadygrove KinderCare, and we were so sad to have to leave when we moved. It was clear to us that Jack loved being at KinderCare, and that his teachers, Ms. Sandy and Ms. Nazek, really loved him. The level of excitement they had to see him each day and even the way they talked to him made it clear that they genuinely cared for our son. The worst part about moving was having to leave his teachers, and we would recommend this KinderCare in a heartbeat to any parent anxious about leaving their infant (Jack had to start at eight weeks).When we found out we had to move, the Center Director, Mary, was extremely helpful as we worked to find a new childcare arrangement where we were moving to.Again, we would absolutely recommend Shadygrove KinderCare and especially Ms. Sandy and Ms. Nazek to any parent looking for peace of mind that their child is somewhere where they are loved and cared for.

Kindercare has been taking care of my children for almost two years. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My daughter’s teacher, Ms. Renee (Three year old classroom) is patient, attentive, and a great teacher. My daughter has some language delays and her teacher really cares and helps her. My daughter talks about her everyday. She really adores Ms. Renee. I’ve notice tremendous growth with my child’s development, and Ms. Renee has contributed a lot to her success. This place is expensive but worth the investment.

We have been very happy with Shadygrove Road KinderCare. The teachers and the staff are wonderful. It's a great, fun and safe environment where kids learn and develop new skills every day.

KinderCare was great for my child. They are really caring and professional. Ms Mary is such an extraordinary Director. Nothing remains unsolved and the school's response to any issue or concern is always immediate. My family moved away, otherwise I would have my kids at this school for as long as possible.

I'm very happy with the huge progress I can see in my son since he has joined the Kindercare family. Mary is a fantastic professional, qualified in all the specs of teaching and behavior. The staff is very caring and it reflects on the kids. My overall impression is that my son feels loved in there. And that means everything to me.

My daughter has started attending here in August 2019. The director Ms. Mary has been very accommodating from the very beginning. My daughter started as a part-time and she understood my situation. She and the team were flexible whenever I have unexpected meetings and had to adjust my daughter's schedule. The teachers were great and my daughter loves them. I appreciate all that you do especially during this difficult time. Thank you for your support especially to parents who are considered essential and have no choice but to leave their children under your care.

I want to thank Ms Mary and the staff for the exceptional,friendly service and care you give to our kids and us the parents. Am a single mom of two toddlers boys, who has been blessed during this pandemic to continue taking my kids to daycare so I can work. Shady Grove KinderCare opened it's doors to the healthcare workers, so we could continue to work as they took care of our kids. They do follow CDC guidelines to keep our kids safe. The school keeps us updated throughout the day of the different activities our kids are doing. My boys love the school and I have noticed a change. My heart is at ease knowing that my kids are in great hands.Thank you the staff of Shady Grove KinderCare for keeping our kids safe during these times and also making sure that they are learning.Service: Educational services

Such a caring center - Mary, the director has been nothing but helpful, attentive to our concerns, as well as flexible with our schedules from day one. The kindercare at shady grove is a great place to send your children. The staff is warm and welcoming and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. My son loves to go and play with his friends and learns alot too.

The branch manager (Mary) will fight and compete to make sure your child’s experience is a pleasant one .Her staff is always all smiles and they work hard with military families so well that there isn’t a better place in Rockville than KinderCare.
