Fully integrated health care with excellent doctors and support staff. A member for 7 years and still amazed at how well they do in communicating, information keeping and record sharing with the health team. Not perfect -- harder to get appointments recently for some concerns. But overall, as good as American health care can be.

Pharmacy at shady Grove always provides the best services to members.. today , I received the excellent and very fast service, I did not even wait for 3 mins, I was going to set down and Mr. Raffi called me . I have visited many Kaiser pharmacy locations, but the best of all is the Shafy Gove. Many thanks Raffi for your compassion and your professionalism in tanking care of members. Thanks to the pharmacist who worked very hard to speed my order.

I give a 5-star rating to KP Shady Grove Endoscopy Center for the care that I received. The clinical staff treated me with respect, kindness and professionalism, and are so friendly and helpful. Oh and the procedure was pain free, all I remember is ok "let's get started".I'm sorry I have one negative experience; your security person is not friendly at all.

Patient care delivered by Kaiser Permanente is exemplary! It is predictably pro-active in its communication with the patient, thorough in its care and delivery of service, and makes all information of service delivered readily and continuously accessible to patients. I have been a KP member for 40 years,and am delighted to be within such a competent system of care.

Cell phone was stolen in recovery room of gastroenterology department. First you get the anesthesia, then your phone goes missing. Great trick! DO NOT GO HERE! The response below from KAISER is FAKE, they DO NOT CARE and DO NOT respond!!!

Overall a good experience. Staff were kind and helpful. Very quick as well. I especially appreciated the kindness from the staff at all stages, they made me feel safe and cared for, as I was very anxious. I would definitely recommend going in and booking an appointment here.

The whole process from making the appointment to the actual procedure was easy. The staff was really nice and caring. Procedure was well explained, and the day of procedure went like clock work. They even followed up the next day.
