“I needed a storage space and they're 2 within blocks of each other. I called both and the Randolph Rd. office was so professional and knowledgeable, I had to go there. I made appt to view the place and after working with Donzaya, I figured it was the right fit for me. I am customer service driven and Donzaya delivered 100% for me. The next day I realized my space was too small and upgraded to a larger space. I thought it would be a problem, but Donzaya made the switch immediately. I am very happy with my decision in working with this location. Surprisingly when I showed up the 3rd day, she remembered my name. 5 stars for sure.”

“They’re okay. Annoying because they like to call for every little thing. Don’t call me please. That’s why you have email and text. And the fact that it’s not prorated is crazy to me. But it serves its purpose. Also don’t understand why there’s not 24hr access but as I said. It served its purpose. Always clean.”

I have 0 complaints and only positives from this experience. We’ve moved 5 times in the last 5 years and this was the 1st crew that left us with nothing but good things to say. Ask for the crew that helped move from Gaithersburg Station Apartments! They’re the best.”

“This Uhaul was the most efficiently run Uhaul I've been to. The line inside moved quickly, they found the online reservation I made an hour before and checked me in, and someone was right there to throw the trailer on. All told, this took 15 min. Then, when I brought it back, I backed in the trailer and someone was there to unhook and close out my order, maybe 10 min. Done.”
