The mani and pedi were terrible. A different person did my brows. They were great. I don't recommend getting a mani pedi from saradet. Now I need to go somewhere else to have have everything done over. Very disappointed and annoyed. ( also, I never. Give bad reviews but this was so bad.) I doubt I will ever return.

I am not sure how this establishment has received a rating over 2 honestly let alone a 4.5. I am sure I've contacted a nail fungus. The tools did not appear to come out of the autoclave that I could see. The nail file and buffer were so old as to be falling g apart and the nail polish to choose from seemed at least 10 years old. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.

I went in Wednesday of last week. I called in to make a last minute appointment and I find that if you do not have the availability please do not take on more appointments. I am not sure what went wrong with the process but it was a bad experience.

Got my nails done here with my sister over the holidays and was pleasantly surprised. I'd never heard of this salon, but service was quick and relatively inexpensive. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Both of us had gel manicures, which turned out wonderfully. They had an array of options for mani/pedi. The quality was great. Two weeks later and mine is still intact (and I work with my hands a lot). Walked out of there for $50 with tip for the service. Would definitely come back next time we're in town!

Never get your lashes done here! This was my very first time in my life ever getting my lashes done, so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. The owner Saradet, did my lashes and my eyes were swollen as a result. She did not wash her hands nor did she wear gloves. She also did not test my lashes to see if I was allergic to anything. The eyelashes were very heavy and I could see the globs of glue on the outside corners of my lids. When I got home, my eyes were red and swollen. I called her to let her know about the issue, and her response was to give me a $10 pedicure instead of a full refund, because she was more concerned about the cost of the materials used to do my lashes. I couldn't believe that she had no concern whatsoever about the health of my eyes. Thankfully, my eyes recovered and I did not have to go to the ER, but as a result, my poor lashes are thin and no longer coarse. They are very wispy, almost like a baby's lashes. Ladies, please go to a licensed aesthetician for anything you are getting done to your face. These nail salons do not care about your safety. This happened to me over a year ago, and the reason why I am leaving a review now, is because, I am seeing too many women online having eye issues due to poor and unhygienic practices.UPDATE: This is not a fake review. I had this done over a year ago and that is not a good response coming from a business owner standpoint to potential clients or patrons. I really enjoyed coming to this salon, definitely was my go to spot. Not anymore!! Everytime I come back the customer service goes down hill tremendously! On top of that it's like they're always demanding tips (I always tip!) It's just an uncomfortable experience at this point and seems more of a money hungry spa than a relaxing one!! If you're looking for a pleasant spa day this isn't the place.

I get my pedicures here. They have a good selection of polish colors. It's clean and the chairs are comfortable. Nikki is my go to girl!

Love love love this place. Staff is amazing and friendly.Clean, free parking, no rushing you out of the chair. No wonder I've been with Sara for 18yrs. Sara has had the same ladies since the shop has opened, that speaks volumes to me. Consistency and cleanliness is next to godliness.Update 9.8.2023; love that Ana is part of the team. Being able to get a pedicure and a hair color and trim in one clean location is EVERYTHING.

Called in and was able to get an appt same day for acrylics with Natalie, and she did an amazing job! I came with a reference photo and Natalie perfectly recreated the design and was super attentive the entire time, asking throughout to make sure I was happy about everything from the length, shape, # of coats, thickness of the French tip we did etc... Very happy and will definitely be coming back :)
