I wish I could be positive because I have previously had a very nice history here. Unfortunately-not so today. i made my appointment three weeks ago for low lights and a conditioning treatment . I am 65 and this was my gift to self- my birthday appointment. I was looking forward to this appointment. My normal stylist asked what I wanted and I suggested low lights, conditioner, or perhaps a darker tone? She asked me to find the tone on her color chart. There were so many so i asked her opinion. She made a few jokes? " What if i told you bright orange? Would you like that?" She laughed. i said no. I told her that obviously she is the professional and I was hoping for her suggestions. I thought that she and I would chat about some possible options. She said that I obviously was not going to be happy and that I had better leave. I was flabbergasted. What had just happened? I suggested rescheduling ( perhaps she was feeling ill?), and she said no and that would not be an option. I got up from the chair and said thank you, have a nice day, etc. I was on autopilot. We hadn't had any upsetting words or a even a difference of opinion. At 65, I was humbled and treated poorly. I have never had a negative experience in any salon and I was not prepared for this. Hopefully my experience will not happen to you. It is my opinion that nobody should be treated like this. Thank you.

I really don’t recommend this place. I have been here multiple times and each time I was left disappointed. I have asked for multiple different haircuts and each time she failed to do a good job. I show her a reference picture and it turns out completely different, not what I wanted at all. She also has horrible customer service. Every time she works on my hair, she complains to me directly that my hair is “too long” or “too thick” and it’s clear that she doesn’t want to work on my hair. She also does not give my hair her full attention, she moves onto another customers hair while she is doing mine. That has never happened to me from the other hair salons that I’ve been too. I probably have never been to a worse place than this.Services: Highlights

I live down the street from this place and am so glad I found it!! I've gotten my hair cut with Griselda and Stephanie and had toner applied by a Stephanie this last time and they both do a fantastic job! They're friendly and efficient and most importantly, I always leave with exactly what I asked for!
