Horrible management, the overnight manger is rude and very disrespectful especially towards woman, I've heard the overnight manger yell at woman employees and call her lady, the store is very disappointing and the vibes from the people especially the manger is just diabolical. It also seems like employees just come and go, I'm assuming they fire people especially woman super fast.

The restrooms need a serious cleaning and remodeling. It smells godawful! I literally have to hold my breath every time I go in there. If you notice anything about this particular Safeway is they upgraded anything but the restroom in the last 10 some years. They will mask the smells instead of upgrading it. This says two things about their management and their characters. Also don’t get me started on their supposed “fresh fruits”??? It’s always rotten either the next day or as soon as you take them home. The employees in this store also have zero knowledge about their own products. No one seems to know anything about anything. SMH

I use to be a die hard fan of Safeway , but I learned how sexist and racist they are towards their employees. My daughter was an overnight stocker and repeatedly harassed and discriminated by her manager. When she and her fellow co worker who had witnessed the abuse complained about her treatment , both were terminated . The fellow coworker is African American. They discriminated against women and African Americans and of you advocate for yourself or a fellow employee instead of correcting the behaviour they just terminate the victims. Do not give me an automated fake reply .
Hire her and her fellow employee back with compensation for the wrongful termination
I can not in good conscious give my money to racist sexist company.

Don't bother with the sandwich counter--tried ordering the turkey club and didn't have the everything roll or aoli and they were completely clueless that that is what is on the sign. Should either remove from sign or at least say "sorry we are out". No training and poor customer service.

I like Safeway. It's my "go to" grocery store. They have plenty of sales and (for the most part) have what I'm looking for. Customer service is ok as well. I've been shopping at Safeway for years and will continue.

The Customer service here doesn't help at all. I have a big order on line
When I pick it up I have this beef that on sale. She won't give it to me because she says it has to be same transaction.
I order the platter on line.
This Safeway have no consideration to the costumer. And the meat guy doesn't look he likes his job too.
Dot go to this Safeway..not worth it
