I got there early and they took me right in. The service was professional and quick. The price was fair, the service was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Nelson the Manager had a great attitude and was very helpful. His service is top tier.

Rockville location took good care of me. Nelson sorted out some confusion when Safelite system routed my order to a location that didn't serve my zip code. Tech Jason was great keeping me updated on when he'd arrive and did a great job!

Both myself and the insurance company have called them many times, they immediately put me on hold as soon as they pick up the phone. Staff make zero effort to get work done and keep canceling my appointment and I have no choice because all other Safelite locations around the area are unavailable until several days after Labor Day.

I made an appointment after an 18 wheeler sent a pipe into my windshield.The day of the appointment they didn't email, hey didn't call, they didnt text amd they didn't show. When I tried calling, they also didn't answer.So I called the regional number who also couldn't get them on the line but said they'd have the manager call me
They never called me.

The new manager at this location, Nelson, was great to work with. He tracked down my rear winshield that was supposed to be delayed for a couple of days, got it to the shop, and had it installed same day. The tech that installed the rear windshield, Daniel, installed it quickly and cleaned out the broken glass in the trunk. Positive overall experience.

Bunch of retards
Didn’t want me to wait and watch while it’s being repaired. Luckily, I am the way I am or they would have screwed up. They never verified if have correct windshield. I said we’ll come and look at my car first to make sure you have this windshield that has a tent on it which is you know like a third row visor or something they call it. So they had to order it. I told him not to order it from the dealership the dealership wouldn’t have it, but they did anyway so here I am waiting three weeks still don’t have it there. There’s been no communication. The office never answered the phone when you call customer service they will not let you say much of anything or explain the situation. The girl rescheduled me for the next day still didn’t have the part I wasn’t told until the next day so I had clear my schedule for nothing. And like I said we three weeks later someone came out. They called the wrong number and said that I would have to reschedule, but however, they were ready to replace somebody’s car they were at the building And then they don’t know their numbers. if you’re at building 3000 and you need to be at building 1000 that means you need to go backwards but i will give grace as he was from Columbia Maryland & didn’t know the situation. They also gave him the wrong number and house info. after 2 1/2 three weeks of waiting still didn’t have the right windshield. I have called several times this morning. I finally got a representative and she transferred me to the store. I don’t even believe that because of some foreign sound, the lady with an attitude, but again three weeks of waiting still no resolve still the wrong windshield.

Worst chip repair! Before and after pictures might as well be before and before. The pictures shown are post “repair”. We had their mobile tech Craig come out to repair the chip on the windshield. He did such a terrible job that we took the vehicle in for a second opinion from one of their other techs. They confirmed this is one of the worst repair jobs. Unfortunately there is no way to fix this once the resin hardens, except to replace the glass entirely. So now the burden of paying $1000 to replace the windshield falls on me even though they did a terrible job.
Good news is the manager offered to knock off $60 (cost of chip repair) on a new windshield if I get it replaced by them. However, their own website shows the cost of chip repair is $164.99. Secondly, how do I trust that they would do a good job? I don’t and will never have this location service my vehicles.

I had such a positive experience with Safelite. I noticed a crack in my windshield and was able to easily make an appointment online for that same week. I dropped my car off, and they exceeded the time expectations I had. They also were very clear about what my out of pocket cost would be, with my insurance taken into account. My car looks as good as new!

Absolutely horrible. It seems they are continuously running the same scam. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to my appointment. I paid up front for them to fix my windshield. They came as scheduled, replaced the glass and then said they could not calibrate the windshield to my car because they installed the wrong glass. Not sure how this happened as, per instructions, I gave the make, model, and vin number to my car for them to do their homework. The technician told me that the manager would call me. He didn't. I ended up calling Safelite and then he called me back and tried to charge me an extra $1400 for a different type of glass and caliberation. They still have not remediated the issue and I have not heard from them. Now I need to take it up with corporate. They deserve zero stars, but I have to give at least a 1star rating for the comment to post.

Friendly front desk staff and very transparent technician that gave me good advice on what I should do with my windshield. Highly recommend this place if you need windshield repairs/replacement.

Amazing service from Kevin and the team! Not only did they exceed my timing expectations, but they clarified another issue with the plastic cowl adjacent to the windshield. AND, when I got in my car to drive home, Kevin had provided new sticky Velcro strips so I could remount my EZPass!! Totally unexpected and SUPER helpful. I felt very taken care of from start to finish.
