Kind and friendly service. I appreciate how the recommended services were explained to me from levels of critical to low priority. There's free Wifi if you decide to wait on your vehicle. They are not open on weekends but key drop off support is available.

Overall great place. Friendly knowledgeable folks, clean waiting room. Love the technology in use allowing me to reference the work done from email or website (not sure why dealers still just print this off for you and that’s it).
Knocking 1 star off as i was told the work would be done at a specific time. I came back at that time and still had to wait an hour. Not a huge deal but I’d recommend over estimating in the future so folks who need to can coordinate with the SO who needed the car.

Nealey’s saved the day for me. I had a nail in my tire, and they fit me in without an appointment. They repaired my tire quickly, and even ran diagnostics on my car and informed me of upcoming maintenance I would need on my car (which was super helpful; I do not get this kind of communication from the dealership). The waiting room was clean and friendly. I was throughly impressed with the service I received at Nealey’s.

I have a fairly older vehicle and have been here a few times for maintenance, oil change, and a flat tire. They are always efficient and able to get my car back to me as quick as possible. The staff is very communicative and I haven’t had any issues with my car after they work on it. Everything is still up and running well. The staff goes above and beyond. Unlike many auto service places, I’ve never felt taken advantage of or pressured into services I did not want done. I would recommend this place for any maintenance or car issues you run into.

Dave and the techs were very helpful in repairing my tire that had a slow leak because of an embedded screw. They removed the tire and patched it from the inside in the right way so it's a permanent fix. Great job done quickly at a reasonable price!

Derick was amazing! I called this location to see how I should go to for an oil leak and he referred me to another location. Despite not being a customer, Derick and his team went above and beyond in supporting my needs which I couldn’t be grateful enough for.
