The guy who answered the phone was absolutely rude! Disgusting customer service!I Kept trying to ask a question and he kept cutting me off! I was referred here. I will make sure the other pharmacy know not to refer others to this place!I just took notice on yelp this is a common thing for this place! Beware!

I was looking everywhere for a walking boot for my son same day. Not a CVS, Walmart, or Target had them in stock. A friend informed me to try Rockville Medical Supplies and they had varieties to chose from. The workers there are also very pleasant and helpful! This will be my new go to store for medical supplies!

The pharmacists and staff are fantastic. My husband and I are new customers, I came in to pick up a prescription for my husband, and they knew who I was ! Didn’t have to ask my name they knew my husband’s name and mine. While I was there, the pharmacist said, I have two I can fill for you now. The whole interaction only took ten minutes and everyone was so pleasant! I highly recommend this pharmacy instead of a large chain.

I’d been looking all over the creation for a wing nut replacement for my crutch screw (kids), and I finally stumbled upon this place. The owner found me an old wing nut and didn’t charge me/wouldn’t take my money. God bless the owner and staff, extremely nice people!!!

The pharmacy is top-notch. They deliver courteous personalized service, and include home delivery as one of the options. This is a full-service operation, with the ability to compound liquid versions of meds for patients unable to swallow pills. Rockville Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with! Happy 2022!!

Absolutely the best. Also have location in Gaithersburg, 903 Pharmacy & Medical Supplies, which is equally good. Service has always been exceptional, both for pharmacy and medical supplies.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. It is one of the few independently owned pharmacies in the area. I love the service I get from Bruce and Aman. Dear friends now. They give me great medical information and advice regarding my medication's and devices. And they always try to help me get the best price. And they are just both credibly intelligent and nice people. I hope they are around long after I'm gone. One of the best things is if they do not have something they can order it quickly. And they know a lot more about everything concerning prescriptions and medical devices than me. So they may know of a newer better device they also are up-to-date on holistic treatments that have helped me in the past. And I really like that approach. It's the best pharmacy I've ever been to and that is because of Bruce and Aman.

Jose assisted us and provided us with everything we needed. If they didn't have it they ordered it. Everything exceeded our expectations. Definitely will be going back for our future needs.

I was calling all over this morning trying to find Pediatric Crutches. I called and spoke with Aman and he told me he can have them by 11 am tomorrow at the earliest. He gave me a suggestion to call another location. I called the location and they had the crutches. I called Aman back and thanked him for his customer service, I see why you rating is 4 well deserved.
