My temp tags expired... AND I lost my physical title. The lady was wonderful. I expected to only be able to get 30 day temp tags at best. But the wonderful lady took a moment to check... and I was able to get permanent tags, because everything was on file. A place I went to first said I couldn't get temp tags ... and would not listen ot even check. I'm all leagal ?

Beverley was amazing, got me in and out of a switch over of titles and registration in under 15 minutes ! This has been a 3 month nightmare through the mva , she really gave me a peace of mind with my vehicle situation finally ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

When one thinks about the experience that should be expected from a Tag & Title Service, a certain standard of professionalism, efficiency, and comfort comes to mind. Sadly, my recent visit was a stark contrast to these expectations.The visit began with a painfully long 30-minute wait, which under normal circumstances would be an understandable hiccup. However, after enduring the lengthy wait time, I was nonchalantly informed that they could not assist me with returning my car tags and I would have to visit the MVA instead. This sort of miscommunication not only wastes the customer's time, but also paints the business as disorganized and unprofessional.However, the most disappointing part of my experience was the glaring lack of customer service skills demonstrated by the employees. Their behavior was marked by an arrogant demeanor, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Politeness and respect are fundamental aspects of customer service, and the disregard for these essentials was deeply concerning.Moreover, the physical environment of the waiting area did little to alleviate the stress of the situation. With no air conditioning to combat the intense heat brought on by the sunlight streaming through the windows, the waiting area felt more like a hotbox than a professional establishment. This lack of basic amenities can drastically diminish a customer's overall experience, adding discomfort to an already stressful situation.In summary, this Tag & Title Service is in desperate need of improvement, both in terms of their customer service and the physical comfort of their waiting area. Customers should feel valued and comfortable, and this business failed on both counts. I would strongly advise prospective customers to consider other options and I hope that the management will address these issues promptly for the benefit of their future clientele.

The staff here are very kind, professional, and easy to work with. I can't recommend this place enough. The amount of time and frustration saved by going here instead of the DMV is well worth it. I had to register my car in MD from another state and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes.
