I have been here twice and both times the employees who waited on me, brought shoes out for me to try then disappeared to the back. I needed more help but they didn’t come back. From now on I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Store staff, Beryl, was extremely patient and helpful in scanning my feet and selecting a right pair of running shoes for me. She was able to find the perfect fitting pair of shoes for me. Unfortunately the color that I like was not available in the store, and she was gracious about it, even suggested me to take a picture of the shoes so that I might find the right color of the same shoes from a different source. Highly recommend this place and would be a happy returning customer.

I had an excellent experience shopping at Road Runner Sports. The sales team was excellent and helped from start to finish to find the perfect running shoe to fit my goals and preferences. They were also very helpful in educating me on some key differences between the shoes and brands etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and friendly experience in buying new running shoes.

The women's selection here was very limited. I also don't understand their system for trying shoes: I was assisted by an employee who left to grab shoes from the back and never returned. I decided to leave and ran into him helping another customer. Forgetful or inefficient? Too bad, either way, as I was hoping to place a bulk order for a corporate event.

Getting help from the knowledgeable folks at Road Runner is awesome. I had a callus on my foot and they suggested a great shoe. My callus is going away. You can also have your insole made to fit uou feet. That's Awesome!

I love the attention I got from Andrea. Her low key sales approach was the main reason I purchased my shoes and accessories. My only 'qualm' was not being told the cost of the inserts before agreeing to buy them. The cost should be mentioned upfront.

Nonexistent service. Left after waiting 20 minutes without anyone coming to the desk or looking in my direction. They don’t need your business, so take it elsewhere.

Incredible shopping experience. I have been coming here for years to get my custom orthotics and the team there have always been super helpful. They take the TIME to get you in the right shoes if that’s what you are looking for and really know there stuff. Big shout out to the manager Demetrian and his team Nick, lan-li, and Lulu. They all helped me in my most recent visit get the right orthotics and match well with the perfect shoe. Couldn’t recommend this store more.
