Miserable experience. They got the pickup date wrong so I sat for an hour at 1 AM at the airport waiting for them to figure it out. Not sure how you get a pickup date wrong in this industry. Stay away.

It seems like they need to spend some time training their staff how to be non-confrontational. One of their bus drivers was very aggresive at a fueling station in Richmond Virginia and approached my vehicle with aggression. I also felt racially profiled. Not what I would expect from a custmer service oriented business. Defintely will NOT use services from this company, nor will any of my 2500 plus colleagues.

I own a charter bus company, and recently needed a coach last minute in DC, RMA came through on a few hours notice and took care of our group, at a very fair price!

I highly recommend RMA!!! I travel frequently for work and so am need of reliable transportation to and from the airport. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with RMA. The drivers are always on time (early in fact!) know exactly how to get to the airport (best route to take) and are courteous and interested in my safety (which as a woman traveling alone is very important). They always tell me exactly where to meet them at the airport and are very patient when it comes to delays. The cars are clean and comfortable.
I am so impressed with their service that when my 80 year old father had to fly on his own I fully trusted RMA to make sure he got where he needed to be on time and safely and they came through as always!

We were very pleased with the service we received from the RMA team. They were communicative and flexible with our headcount and schedule. In a sea of juggling multiple vendors, needs, and timelines, RMA was a much appreciated reliable calm.

Dealing with them was a frustrating, disappointing and a giant waste of time.
From phone calls, emails and to in person visits, they were not interested in my business and their half-hearted effort to help was a waste of time in the end. One person even lied saying he left me numerous calls and voicemails, when he literally only called once.
If you’re looking for limos for your wedding, trying them is again, a frustrating and disappointing waste of time; since apparently they’re supposed to be one of the more reputable companies.

Big Nick in Lafayette, LA was awesome, went above and beyond, nice to talk to and pass the time during a lot of driving over a short amount of time. Will request him again next time I am there!

If you want professionalism and peace of mind with your wedding transportation, choose RMA! We used them for a 26-person and 14-person bus in NYC and they were prompt, professional, and our guests were so impressed by the clean and music-filled transportation between our ceremony and reception. We even added the second bus fairly last-minute and the RMA team was so accommodating and easy to work with. Thanks RMA!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Branch out to other companies before this one, as I have witnessed how unsafe and dangerously at least 5 drivers, drive these buses.

My company rented a vehicle from RMA for a 2 hr event and though the bus arrived on time to pick us up they proceeded to take us on a route that led to us being 30 min late to our destination because of an unwillingness to take a $1 toll road that would have halved the arrival time.This in turn derailed most of our event and reflected poorly on our company. When we offered to pay the toll to get us back to our home location at the originally intended time they refused making us late yet again for our next event.A chauffeur service that chose an inefficient route leading to us being late and refusing to work with our time needs does not meet my expectations for continuing to do service with them.
