My podiatrist recommended Dansko clogs. Of course I could have bought them online cheaper, but I think it's important to try them on without all that shipping. The staff was helpful without hovering. I walked away with the right size, ready for work the next day with the right amount of foot support.

Shoe Fly is a flop. I visited this Rockville, MD store yesterday, while visiting the area. The staff of three was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They never greeted us. They never made eye contact with my daughter, not me. They never asked if we needed assistance and when we looking and trying on the sample shoe, no one asked if they could get us specific sizes. If you are wondering, we are Black. So yeah, it was a color thing.Shame on you Shoe Flop!

I did not purchase any shoes from there, nor did I ask for any sizes. I found it truly and completely disrespectful the fact that my mother and I came into the store and they were not busy. They stared at us and didn’t greet us. The whole time we were in the shop they did not speak to us or offer us help. Not welcoming and not deserving of their rating.

This is a wonderful store, especially for those of us women who wore high-heeled shoes all our lives and are now paying the price because we can't find shoes that don't hurt our feet.The salesman was excellent, helped me find what I needed, and I'll use this store for all my shoe purchases from now on.

I went to the Rockville store with my friend and aid. I asked for a particular salesman who had helped me in the past was kind, efficient,and professional when the store was Riley's Shoes. I asked the two gentlemen about my issues and the type of shoes I was looking for. I was dismissed almost as soon as I asked. But there was a white elder woman who came behind me and she was helped immediately. Note black and brown people need not to go there

It’s not an elderly friendly place. I went with my mom, an 87 y/o sweet lady. She was confused about size but no one offered to measure her. Terrible rudenesses. No smiles.

I have never had a shoe salesman argue with me before!! "You can't wear that brand-not wide enough "...me, "Well, yes, I have purchased this brand of shoes and they're in my closet! The fit just depends upon the individual style--and, especially if the straps are adjustable, this brand is a good fit". ...hey, this was only one of many exchanges...And, never in my life have I had shoe salesman return to me so many times saying, "we don't have your size", "we don't have that shoe in your size", "no, we are out of that style in your size"......Never did he bring out other shoes that might fit (I'm not that unusual or difficult size--I wear size 81/2 to 9 med to wide)...His bad day I guess but if I were his boss I'd fire him in a minute! Was he friendly, helpful, just plain ok???? No no no no no! Should he be working in a shoe store? No. Should he be serving women? Absolutely not! Some problem there as well. (and, I was shopping for myself and my daughter)... Shoefly, it is your. loss as I will be taking my business elsewhere--where I and my money are appreciated---definitely not in Rockville, Md.

Great variety of well made support, stylish comfortable shoes. The traditional way of sizing your foot for a good fit. I am pleased with my visit and purchase!
