Mr. McCullough has re-upholstered 3 pieces for us over the years. Most recently it was a 23 year old sofa. It was very well made, fit out style and we loved the size so we decided to re-upholster, not buy a new one. It looks amazing--brand new! We could not have bought one of similar quality for the price. Mr. McCullough works quickly & communicates well. He responded to emails in a timely way and ordered the samples we chose. The work is beautiful. Patterns & seams all lined up. The cushions were refurbished. Also, he can deliver if you need him to. Very very highly recommended.

Reed and his partner have reupholstered two couches, a wing chair, and a bedroom chair for me. Their work is superb. Donna handles the communications with clients and provides details on the cost of fabrics you are considering. Personable, courteous, accommodating, and professional.

Great place, the car was served quickly and efficiently. On record, I waited three days, but I was in no hurry

I highly recommend Mr. Reed as he is the consummate professional and holds his work to the most superior standards! He is a joy to work with, as he is always most gracious, extremely polite, and very well-mannered. Thus far, I have taken two different sets of dining room chairs to him, one set with upholstery glued to the frame and the other set with easily unscrewed upholstered seats. For both sets, Mr. Reed not only padded and practically totally restructured the seats, but he also stabilized the wooden chair frames and updates the varnish to ensure that the chairs were practically brand new to us! Mr. Reed's prices are quite reasonable too, and he strives to efficiently yet professionally finish all projects in a timely fashion! I highly recommend Mr. Reed for all of your household's upholstery needs; I won't ever use anyone but Mr. Reed for mine!

Reed is great! I had two antique chairs that bore the brunt of my kids' formative years, including some minor structural damage. Reed not only upholstered the seats but also restored the wooden legs to such good condition that you have to look closely to see the dings and dents. Very reasonable price on top of excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!

Mr. Reed is a consummate professional and is enormously capable of only superior work! I have now taken two different sets of six dining room chairs each to him. Six of these were chairs had upholstery glued on--their seats couldn't be unscrewed--and not only did Mr. Reed reupholster them beautifully, but he also stabilized the wood frames of each chair, and padded the seats perfectly too. The second set of six seates could be unscrewed from their frames, but the woodwork around and under the seats needed restructuring. Mr. Reed did an outstanding job with both sets of chairs. I high recommend Mr. Reed as he does the highest quality of work, is the most polite and efficient vendor, and he also works hard to ensure completion of the work in a timely manner. Quite simply, I will never use another vendor for any of my family's upholstery work!

Mr. Reed saved my sofa last year and the repair has held up. I had several tears in the seams of my sofa and an oversized chair. He came to my home and made the repair and returned the sofa cushions I had dropped off previously looking new. I highly recommend him for upholstery repairs.

Reed repaired a brand new patio cushion for me that had been chewed up by a tenacious squirrel. I can hardly tell it was damaged in the first place, and he charged a very reasonable $25. Nice guy and was a pleasure to do business with him.

Reed did an amazing job reupholstering an antique rocking chair that I bought for my Mom. It needed to be cleaned and joints secured. Then he made a great seat and back cushion with ties. I ordered the fabric of my Mom's favorite pattern and he used that. He was courteous, fast, and did a great job.

I sent three antique chairs to Reed for reupholstering -- two big heavy armchairs and a rocking chair. He did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job, breathing new life into them. He not only restuffed them so they're much more comfortable, he removed stains from the wood and buffed them up so they look brand-new, on top of the skilled reupholstery. And it was all incredibly reasonable -- I have paid more to have one chair reupholstered in Canada than I did to have all three done with Reed. I can't speak more highly to the workmanship/craftsmanship and attention to detail. He truly did an amazing job and is a very talented reupholsterer.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the job Reed McCullough did. After searching in vain for someone who could reupholster our antique couch, we found Reed and will never consider going anywhere else. Everyone else wanted to trash all the filler, but Reed knew that the old horsehair filler was part of what gave the couch its value. Modern furniture just isn't made to last the way antique furniture does. He managed to save the filler and only replaced what was necessary, and redid all the complicated upholstery work with a beautiful study velvet. Should last another 100 years. And did I mention the price? Totally fair and reasonable, and completed in only a week!
