“Please anyone who thinking about renting from these people run like hell. I am in the market of renting a home. I came across a rental of interest and contacted this company to schedule a tour of the property. The front office staff was extremely rude to me as I was doing so. I left several messages for the Broker Mr. Palmer who eventually contacted me back a week later however he left me a voicemail. I tried contacting him back the following day and the staff in the front office told me that the property had been rented which was a blatant lie! I keep referring to her as the front staff because I believe she lied to me about her name when asked but she said that her name was Laura when we spoke on the phone. She was very rude and constantly yelled at me when I would ask specific questions. I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit on this company immediately!”
