I have been working out with Elad for five years now. I look forward to the workouts and consider it money well spent. Elad’s got a nice, clean, and private space and a fun, friendly, and supportive demeanor that helps you attack your goals - whatever they might be. Elad has proven himself to be trustworthy, reliable, and very knowledgeable about his craft. He’s helped me reach personalized fitness goals, lift heavier than ever before, and feel good about what my body is capable of doing!

I have been training with Elad and his methods have helped me gain and maintain core strength and also leg/thigh balance that was reduced by various lower body injuries. To add to it, I am gaining some upper body strength as well. Elad taught me useful techniques that I can apply on my own when not in training. That said, it really helps to have him correct some of the exercises while I am there. Elad has deep knowledge of both musculo-skeletal and cardio exercises and has also had experience recovering from injuries. He showed me different variations of exercises that I have used to great effect. He is also very personable and easy going. His facility is clean, orderly and it is a great place to train with a small group of friends and family. A good way to spend an hour to become healthier and stronger.

I started working with Elad after I had my two kids and I had been mostly sedentary for the last few years. I felt old and unsure I could get past some injuries, aches and pains. Elad’s workouts were a perfect fit in terms of getting me active and moving again. He is extremely knowledgeable and had a lot of new exercises for me to try. His ability to listen and adjust workouts to your goals is a rare thing to find among the trainers and coaches I’ve worked with. He is genuinely invested in your success and very attentive to tracking your before and after stats. After about 9 weeks training with him, I felt great improvements in my strength, range of motion, and overall mobility. I have recommended him to other family members because I see the time spent training with him as a worthwhile investment!

I joined ReachOn Fitness around 4 months ago and I can already see a difference. I getting a lot stronger and see a difference in the mirror. Elad is great, he is really good at pushing you and motivating you during your workout. He also gives tips on nutrition to make sure you are keeping up with at home. He is really kind and you can truly see how passionate he is and he wants to see you succeed. I would recommend everyone to him!

Elad is incredible! From a person who does not enjoy working out, I look forward to coming to training sessions. Elad shows you your progress, motivates you to reach further, and celebrates your accomplishments! His gym is extremely convenient and clean. You can ask him for work on specific muscle groups and he’ll pull out an abundance of different types of exercises targeting them. Not to mention, he also has great advice regarding nutrition- what to focus on, modify, reduce, and portion out. I only wish I found this place sooner!! I can’t thank him enough for working toward a healthier me.

The gym space is perfect for training with a trainer, they’ve got everything you need in an intimate setting. Plus they really know their stuff! If you’re looking for a great local gym to train you this is where you should go. Call and ask for Elad and he’ll hook you up with a great trainer.

I've had a great experience personal training. You train one person at a time. I learned a lot of techniques I can use outside of the gym that use natural body weights. I highly recommend reach on Fitness.

My personal training at reach on Fitness has been very successful. I've learned a lot of exercise techniques that I can use outside of the gym and many that use natural body weights. Only one person works out at a time. The space is nicely laid out and always very organized. No workout is the same.
