Extremely glad we moved so we don't have to deal with re/max anymore. Especially Robin in this office. Unprofessional and rude in every single interaction. She fails to follow up, and has what can only be described as very casual relationship with the actual truth.
I had to contact the city housing bureau several times because of the mismanagement at re/max. Run! DO NOT rent with these folks.

The person is the front of an office is very important and when your front desk person treats you poorly a few times, you tend to think she is always like that. Three stars is for having a good experience with the rental manager. Being kind and customer service is so important.

My father fell and had to move into a nursing home. I got him settled but since I live 5 hours away so could not handle his condo. I contacted Remax and they explained my options on renting verses selling. All the tax laws and rental law are so complicated but Remax was able to give great advice. I am very happy I called them.

I live in Arizona and have had the same tenant for several years but I never liked them. They often paid the rent late without even an apology. Also they had repairs made and deducted the cost from the rent without asking. I finally got tired of talking to them and called RE/MAX property management. They took over and got the tenant straightened out. They even raised the rent. I will never again try to handle tenants myself. Good job RE/MAX.

After my wife inherited her mother's home she to keep it. I did not want to mess with strangers so we wanted a professional to deal with the renters. They are wonderful and handle everything. We have had a few small repairs but Remax knows good contractors who fixed these issues at a very fair cost. I would highly recommend calling Remax.

When I got an unexpected job offer in Chicago I needed to move fast. I called ReMax and they came out right away and handled everything including getting the house painted and cleaned after I was gone. It's been 5 months now and the tenant they put in has always paid the rent on time. I am very happy with their service.

I chose remax to sell my house after three months with another realtor who could not find a buyer. After only a week remax found a buyer and I was able to move to my new house in New York. Everything went smoothly. I will definitely use remax again.

I foolishly rented my townhouse myself using an ad on Craigslist. The people who wanted to rent it seemed so nice but after two months started paying late in dribs and drabs. Then they stopped paying altogether and became nasty to deal with so I knew I needed professional help. Remax took over and got them out. Then they then found a new tenant who always pays on time. Now I never have to even talk to the tenants as Remax handle everything. I am so happy I hired them.

I had horrible customer service when I rented a townhouse from this office. In addition, they charged us for every thing that needed repair in the home that was basically falling apart. Robin was often rude and was very condescending. At the end of my lease, they kept all of my deposit and refunded me $2.00 out of $2400. I rented the townhouse for 2 years and lived in it mostly by myself since my husband was still working in NY. I am still perplexed as to how I could have caused all the damages they cited since I was mostly working 12 hr shifts in the hospital and was hardly home. This office made my first two years living in Maryland a nightmare and for that I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
