Taz and his team got my truck ready for a road trip out of MD up to Philly just in time to be in my best mate's wedding. Taz knows his stuff and can explain your car's needs without you feeling like you're getting the run around or wool being pulled over your eyes. You will just get the vibe these guys love what they do and they do a good job at it.
Now for the technical... I had a turbo replaced on my F150. Out of the five shops I called, Taz was the only one who was able to follow the problem OVER THE PHONE and get me a ballpark quote. I brought it in for a free diagnostic and we tried one more hail Mary effort before sinking in for an expensive replacement part.
When we came to the conclusion we needed to replace the turbo, Taz and the team sourced a turbo overnight, got the part at 9am Thursday and had the truck ready for me to pickup in the afternoon. Mind you I had a wedding to be in on Friday. He also agreed to an optional and proactive repair on replacing the manifold...a 10.5h job not for the faint of heart or the at-home-DIYer.
How do you beat that for service?!?! Will hands down come back here for as long as I live in the area. I've even proposed Taz as a name for my first born son in June. We'll see if it sticks with the wife.

Trustworthy shop in MoCo (located in Shady Grove/King Farms) honest pricing and great costumer service, most of the time they go the extra mile and fix up a couple of small things without any extra charge. Would highly recommend to anyone new to the area and/ or anyone looking for new auto work.Services: Transmission

I’ve talked to a lot of auto places, and Raymond Monzano had the best customer service. They went above and beyond to be helpful. They deserve the perfect rating that they have. I can honestly trust that they are concerned with my car issues in a humane way. They aren’t only in it for the money or trying to scam me. I have no complaints!

This is the best auto repair place I've been to in all my 42 years of driving . The other great thing about this shop is its a family run business. Everyone there is awsome and they truly care about about their customers. Also if you are having a emergency with your car Taz or his Dad or Brother will come to the rescue. I tell everyone about this place. They also get you in and out so quick it's almost like going to a drive thru auto repair shop. Thanks to your beautiful family worrying about car repair is a thing of the past for me and they are super reasonable with prices. Also if you love fishing you will feel right at home talking fishing with Tazz or his Dad. Love this place. Thanks for being caring and honest with all your customers.
