They were running 15-20 mins behind on their appointments. I heard a phlebotomist talking to a patient about informal things which is fine as I'm for friendly customer service BUT to do it while you have a line outside of 5-7 appointments is where I draw the line. I would of politely cut him short. They are in no hurry to ensure you have a great experience.

Just finished my 3 Hour Glucose screening at this location. I was really dreading it and nervous about having a needle being stuck in me several times. However, Gus was very gentle and polite and made it a comfortable experience. Even sat me and my husband in a private room instead of having us wait out in the waiting room. My Appointment was at 7:30am and I was called back at like 7:30 am. Only reason I give 4 stars is because no one is at the front to check you in nor did they answer the phone the multiple times I called to schedule appointment. But I scheduled the appointment online and checked in on my phone upon arrival. So just beware that it’s best to do it that was instead of in person

I went in today to see if I could get my blood work done to follow up, they told me I needed a doctors order, when the hospital was the one to told me to go there, after not having the order I asked them what I needed to do to get an order so I can get my blood work done, they weren’t giving me any information they were just being rude and looking confused, I asked for the supervisor, she told me to get out after me trying to explain to her how I didn’t know what to do to get the order, she had no patience at all, I understand that I am not the most educated on how it works but they failed to reassure me and help me take the steps I needed

I arrived at 940 for my appointment and waited for about 40 minutes before leaving. There is no receptionist so you cant check the status of your appointment. Just a note- appointment time doesnt matter here, they dont seem to abide by it.

This Shady Grove Road Rockville location was once very good. Alas for the past year really not so good. Staff arrive late on Monday morning so don't schedule an appointment before 9 or 10 am. Also two of the last three visits my blood work is either sent to an incorrect physician that I never heard about, or not sent at all after waiting 8 or 9 days. Then good luck trying to get your blood work results. Multiple emails don't work and no live person in customer service to speak to for help. Sad indeed...going to look else other thna uest

I've been trying to make an appointment for a prepemployment screening for several days. Nothing available on the site, phone calls unanswered.Absolutely, terrible experience. Standing by there's I discover there's only 1 employee working, and no estimate on when I'll be able to do my screening.

“Dracula” is the best for drawing kids blood. He made it more comfortable for my kid. They do take walk ins.

I did not catch his name but the tall African Ameeican gentleman was very professional and efficient in drawing blood, as well as friendly, great service.

Pros: They saw my child on time. The phlebotomist was friendly. Cons: They couldn't find a vein and stuck my child many times. The back office smelled like weed. They were supposed to send me an email with a way to set up an online account to see results, but didn't. I created an online account for my child myself but could see no record of their appointment or results. I tried to call the office, but no one answered and the mailbox was full. It is nearly impossible to talk to a real person when calling their customer center.

Said they took my insurance. Then they gave me a 400 bill over a year later that is too difficult to dispute. Do not trust them.
